This is really not something I want to do. However, I feel I must in order to alert others. I regret that I didn’t leave immediately when I noticed things lacking but decided to give her a chance.
Although Loya seems to be a lovely and sweet women, I have to urgently advise against this Massage therapist.
She offered that she has not been vaccinated and does not believe in them. Also her home is very unsanitary and not appropriate for a business. Especially for Massage Therapy.
I wish her well, however I feel it is in the best interest of all.

I have had many massages in my lifetime, but never one as powerful as this one. Loya's hands seem to be able to find the exact spotsseem to be able to find the which need some adjustment. Her touch is a powerful when it needs to be and Feather-lite when it is called for. I truly experiencede an angels touch! Mahalo Loya!

I recently had a wonderful massage at Angels Touch, in Lihue, Kaua'i.
The massage therapist, Loya Whitmer, has been gracing people with massage for over 30 years; she is obviously very experienced in her work; Loya's sensitivity to the body's needs and her kind demeanor, made me feel very welcome and cared for. I left her place very relaxed and peaceful, which is the intent of any really good massage, yes?
I would happily recommend Loya to anyone.

I bought a gift certificate at a charity auction and even before I had cashed out others were telling me it was going to be a great experience.
I went in complaining of a sore lower back and knotted legs. Not only were they dealt with but a tight neck and a body tension I was not even aware of disappeared too.
I have had many massages over the years and Loya's technique was a mixture of the familiar and the new. Strong experienced hands sought out the troubles and carried them away. Treat yourself to an hour of bliss from this knowledgeable and caring healer.

Great massage, I received exactly what I came for. Using a variety of massage techniques and traditions, my body was thankful for this 90 min massage. Would be a frequent client if i could. She listened to my needs and wouldn’t give up on those muscle knots! No frills nor the spa experience, but certainly a relaxing and productive experience!! Would do it again!!

I had an extremely difficult day, both physically and emotionally, and was just looking for a decent massage (that same day in the late afternoon/early evening) to give me some relief from the tension and stress (and the accompanying headache). I relied on the Tripadvisor reviews and found Loya at Angels Touch Massage. I had no idea when I called Loya (who was able to fit me in that very evening) what an amazing massage therapist and true healer I had the good fortune to find!!! She first relieved my headache with pressure point therapy, and then taught me how to apply it to myself! The massage was intense and extremely helpful - I felt like a different person by the time it was over. Loya also recommended some stretches that I could do on a daily basis to help address my most troublesome tension-holding muscles. She was incredibly kind and offered a uniquely Kauaian experience. I will definitely book Loya again!

This was frankly my very first massage I've ever had and I was speechless and breathless.But at the same time I could write a full on article describing the massage I had with Loya,and my breathing couldn't of been more balanced.I look forward to going back to Loya and no one else to be perfectly honest.
It was not only a really indescribable massage,but Loya,herself,is really an awesome person with an awesome,down to earth,but also really cool personality.No one else could of made me feel more relaxed as a first time massage than her.May the person considering going to her,who's reading this,have just as content,comforting,and relaxing of a time I had.

Just had a massage from Loya and I must say it was superb. With her knowledge, experience, and spirituality, I received a total body and mind relaxation and stress relief encounter. Her deep shiatsu and Thai methods made me feel like a brand new person. Her wisdom is extraordinary. It's worth the experience.

Loya was AMAZING! I have received dozens of massages over the years from various places but this was by far the best massage I've ever gotten. She was very attentive to my needs. I scheduled a Lomi Lomi massage, but she ended doing a combo of that plus Thai techniques because of specific areas of tension I had. It felt great, if I ever go back to Kauai, I'll go back to her!

I received a wonderful very therapeutic massage from Loya Whitmer at Angels Touch Massage in Lihue, Kauai. I had a lot of knots, especially in my neck and she was able to get a lot of release. She is very loving and overall it was a great experience. She is truly an angel.
