This was a surprising hit for our family! Who knew the Farmer’s Market could be so fun?!?! The crowds around certain trucks (hello, lettuce lady!) were astounding and fun to watch. And the vendors were generous with samples of fruits we were unfamiliar with. The selection of bananas was our favorite. The ice cream bananas and the apple bananas were both delicious and unlike any banana we had ever eaten. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful up experience on my Kauai trip. This farmer's market, although small, had a large variety of fresh fruit,, many of which you could never find fresh in most of the mainland US. All farmers were local, and offered their fruit at reasonable prices. Their recommendations were spot-on, and all of the farmers were incredibly kind and helpful. I purchased coconut water, and one of the stands will peal the coconut flesh off, after you are done.

We NEVER miss visiting the Farmers Market by the Koloa baseball field when we visit each year. Best (and largest) avocados I've ever had. Every year we try a new local fruit. The farmers are friendly and have great prices. Buy your fruit and produce here instead of the grocery store. Biggest cucumbers I've ever seen. Besides the avocados, our favorite are the star fruit and apple bananas.

Have visited this market many times. A little disappointed this time. I had hoped to buy a fresh Lei but there were no leis. Did manage to buy some lovely tropical flowers for our condo, only 5$ which I thought was very good value. Overall did not seem to offer the variety of produce it had in previous years. Perhaps we just visited on an off day.

This is a unique experience not to be missed! It opens at exactly noon & the crowd rushes to the tiny tables set in front of trucks & cars. Local fresh fruit, veggies & flowers & it's all picked oven within 15 minutes. So fun! Bring your own bag, as many vendors don't have them.
