I was recommended to use Kauai Vacation Activities and I'm so glad I did! Derek was incredibly helpful with recommendations on beaches, restaurants, things to do with the family, and he helped me book everything from snorkeling to ATV-ing to beach sunset picnics. He suggested addiitional options to those I had researched and I'm so glad I mentioned the hikes we were going on as he warned me about the danger rating with my children in tow. I spent almost two hours on the phone with him making restaurant reservations and discussing a wealth of ideas - all during a torrential storm with little internet service. He was patient, kind, and made sure to get everything we needed, along with a military discount.
I would highly recommend using Derek and his team. I cannot rave enough about them!

We very recently returned home from an 8 day family vacation on Kauai, which we all just loved and will treasure remembering for all the years to come. I want to give a hearty shout out for all the help and assistance received from Derek Moore, Concierge with Kauai Vacation Activities. Derek was so knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions for general information about Kauai, in making activity reservations, providing restaurant information and tips and linking us to an awesome photographer who came to our rental home. I truly appreciated Derek's responsiveness, never failing to get back to me very promptly whether by phone, text or e-mail. And, his enthusiasm and warmth made him a true pleasure to work with!

Derek was exceptional to guide us and book our special extended family of 8 trip activities and reservations. He recommended the best activities with the best companies and booked our reservations. He recommended and made reservations for the best restaurants including a special 16th Bday dinner reservation. He was extremely helpful in recommending things to do, places to go, and helpful tips on how to spread my Mom’s ashes. He told us where to go and how to plan our trip around our location of the Rental House. Tips on when and how to get a Park Pass only available online 30 days in advance at midnight. He was helpful, personable, and a pleasure. I would highly recommend letting him take care of all your planning needs on your trip to Kauai.

Sonja's advice was perfect for the activities she recommended. Her service to arrange all was prompt with the greatest of attention to detail. Lovely demeanor on the phone. We look forward to our next trip to Kauai and for her next set of activity recommendations.

I just returned from a vacation stay with my family on the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaiii. A big shout out to Derek Moore, Concierge with Kauai Vacation Activities, for making our trip super special. Derek was so helpful arranging our transportation to and from the airport and around the island in general. He also booked us a private chef's dinner, massage therapy and reservations at two excellent restaurants. All my kids had an amazing time. Derek, thank you for your useful input and valuable advice.

Sonja arranged our Napálí Coast boat ride. She helped me decide on the right one for our family and truly went above and beyond expectations to help us. She was responsive and always available to communicate. I will only use this company when we return to Kauai to book excursions. The customer service is excellent!

FIVE STARS all the way! We found Derek thru Jean & Abbott Properties , Concierge Services @ sonja@kauaiva.com. Derek is thorough, he set up all our our families activies and got all of our reservations set up. Talk about competent and very FUN to work with!! Even was able to change activities when a family member changed her mind....last minute!! He also found us a chef to create a lasting memory of a private meal at the home we rented. He also found us a photographer, Trevor, to come to our place for a private photo shoot. You will absolutely be HAPPY and have no worries if you decide to work with Derek @ 808-561-1608!

The home was superbly appointed. The location in Poi On was absolutely brilliant. Even better was Derek our concierge was brilliant and very helpful. Several last minute changes to our plans were handled with grace and speed. Private chef dinner, Photographer and outings were really well selected. We will use Derek and Jean Abbott properties again. Miami is absolutely the best

Darshan Wright helped us ROCK KAUAI OUT!!! We are a very active family. Her recommendations were 5 STAR. She planned the perfect, busy but perfectly spaced and timed, schedule. We enjoyed an amazing house in Poipu with boogey boarding and snorkeling 200 yards out our door. Sailing the Napali Coast with whales, ATVing, Zip Line, Mountain Tubing, and RAPELLING (the best of all). Thank you so much!!! MAHALO!!
