You won't get dirty necessarily. However, we went to the Marriott and they let us use a hospitality suite for $30 to shower and change. There are other hotels close by that may have the same deal.

Cliff jumping is precarious on all Hawaiian waterfalls. Rotten rock and shallow pools. If you do ...make sure you buy a wheel chair in case you survive. Micco
