Suspended cable and rope bridge over a river. Nothing too special about it. However it does swing, especially if you try to make it do so. There's a weight limit of 15 people. Kids will love it.

Hello Trippies The suspension bridge is okay to visit if you are in the area. I would by no means travel from the north side to specifically visit it. It's a kitschy thing to drag you in to town to shop and visit the few stores. If my review helps you in your travels please give me a thumbs up.

My family went to Hanapepe because we wanted to visit a small Kauai town, and we visited on a Friday night, for the Friday Night art walk. So it made sense to visit the bridge, since it was in town. Signage for it wasn't all that obvious though, but once you are in the shopping part of town, (which is... More

We stopped by to see the small town of Hanapepe. The swinging bridge is fund to walk across the river. It's sturdy. You can visit the authentic Hawaiian made gift shop as you leave.

If you're on your way back from the Canyon, I would definitely recommend stopping by in the town of Hanapepe. And, if you're there, you may as well take a stroll across the swinging bridge! Honestly, it's not the most thrilling of experiences... but, it's entertaining enough.

I nice attraction on the way to the parks. You get to see the countryside, a cool bridge and a nice river. Take it for what it is. And it is free so why not stop.

We read about this bridge and stopped to cross it on our way back through town. It is beautiful and has that typical swinging bridge feel. It was well marked and easy to find.

The bridge is located behind Aloha Spice Company. It is a fun 15 minute diversion, before or after visiting the Spice Company. Only 15 people recommended on the bridge at a time.
