We are the only Native Hawaiian owned company from Hanalei sharing our history of The Na Pali Coast is only 15 minutes from Hanalei, Experience IKAIKA (the strong one) , the limousine of the catamaran boats - a sleek, stable and 32 feet long with 500 horsepower, we get there fast. We carry 18 passengers only Our unique design allows our power catamaran to be the only company out of hanalei to get in all the caves ( conditions allowing). Explore secluded beaches, ancient Hawaiian sites, tropical reefs, majestic valleys, sea caves and thousand-foot waterfalls. See where movies like South Pacific, Pirates of the Caribbean, We offer 3 tours per day 6 DAYS a week 2 snorkel tours with lunch and snacks and drinks on the north shore of Hanalei ! Our tours are 4 hours for the snorkel tours and 2 hours for the sight see tours.

Captain Steve & First Mate Kamalani were our guides on this 6 passenger power catamaran. EXACTLY what we were looking for! 2 hour morning tour up & down the Na Pali coast. Sea turtles, dolphins, whales, & the infamous jaw dropping coastline plus upclose to a few caves. The surf is higher in the winter so beware if you’re prone to seasickness. Otherwise DO IT!!

This was our last day in Hawaii and Captain Steve and First Mate Zack gave us the grand finale of our trip. The Nepali Coast is spectacular! They got us up close to the cliffs (even backed into some of the caves) and told us a lot of history and stories. We snorkeled with turtles and beautiful fish on the return trip and then Captain Steve let loose as we sped back to harbor. And small detail - best sandwiches on any of the excursions that we took! I recommend sitting I'm the back of the boat - unobstructed views and exhilarating ride. We would do it again for sure!

If you can only do one tour, this is the one on Kauai! During the summer this North Coast/Hanalei based company can get you to the heart of the Na Pali Coast with less time and distance than the Port Allen tours. If you are blessed to get David and Steve as crew, then you are set with authentic Kauai born/raised guides who know Hawaiian history and are packed with local knowledge. The boat is a solid ride that is the perfect size to go into the caves if conditions permit.

We were referred to Na Pali Catamaran by Captain Sam Martin. Years ago we had gone on a different boat tour from the other side of the island. I’m so glad we took Sam’s advice.
Our trip with Na Pali Catamaran out of Hanalei was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, the crew was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. Departing from Hanalei Bay made for a smooth and scenic start to our adventure, and it’s the perfect location to access the breathtaking Na Pali Coast.
The catamaran was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the ride enjoyable for everyone. We were able to explore sea caves, waterfalls, and secluded beaches—each stop felt magical and surreal. The crew shared fascinating stories about the coastline, adding depth to the stunning views.
One of the highlights was snorkeling in crystal-clear water with an abundance of marine life. It was a surreal experience to swim alongside colorful fish and spot sea turtles.
If you’re looking to see the Na Pali Coast in all its glory while feeling safe, relaxed, and well taken care of, I cannot recommend Na Pali Catamaran enough. This is a must-do activity in Kauai.

Amazing tour! Our captain, Chellen, did an outstanding job pointing out all the top sites and providing lots of history to go along with it. We saw several pods of spinner dolphins that gave us quiet the show, and also saw a huge manta ray swimming about. This was by far the highlight of our trip and would definitely recommend Napali Coast tours to anyone visiting Kauai.

The Na Pali coast has got to be one of God’s most beautiful earthly creations and seeing it by boat is a superb way to appreciate it. Napali Coast Tours was a great experience. Unfortunately, weather was not in our favor the day we booked so we didn’t get to enter any sea caves or snorkel but the experience was fun and beautiful and we appreciate that the staff did everything in their power to keep us safe. We’re glad we went.

Great touring company and amazing tour!
We learned of Nāpali Coast Tours through people we met at Queen’s Bath and couldn’t be more happier that we chose this company.
We elected to go with the early tour (6:40am shuttle pick up) as it seems like that is when the water is calmer and winds are not as bad. Of course, you can never control that. The tour was absolutely amazing and well worth the early start!
Captain Ciro and Captain David were great. Captain David did a great job of providing information of the history of the sites as we were navigating and we absolutely loved hearing his personal stories and experiences as he grew up on this beautiful island.
The tour departs out of Hanalei Bay so you quickly start to see the beautifulness that is the Nāpali coast. The weather was perfect and we got to swim, snorkel for about an hour and were lucky to see turtles and dolphins on multiple occasions, and of course take in the majestic views of the full length of the Nāpali coast.
Overall, this was an amazing tour with great captains and I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about touring the Nāpali Coast.

We had an incredible tour with Captain Steve and Zack from Napali Tours! The scenery was incredible and we loved Steve's knowledge of the island history. We saw a huge dolphin pod on the way to the Napali coast. Zack expertly navigated the sea caves, and we spent an hour swimming with turtles and beautiful sea life. Everything was absolultely perfect! I wouldn't change a thing! Definitely a highlight from our trip!

The Nepali tour boat ride was amazing! David was our tour guide and Cero was our boat captain and they did an amazing job of getting the boat maneuvered into the caves and waterfalls as well as giving us the history and the layout of the land. It’s a humbling experience hearing what all has happened here before I came along as a tourist. And the spinner dolphins, honu, and the roller coaster boat ride was everything as promised!

Captain David and Captain Cero were superb. We had an amazing time on our two hour tour of Na Pali. Our captains were knowledgeable, entertaining, and shared so much about the Na Pali Coast. They checked on those feeling a little sea sick (me) throughout the trip and made sure everyone had a great time. So thankful to have booked this company to tour the coast!

Should I bring my DSL camera or will it get soaked ? Want to get good pictures of the cliffs if possible.

I brought mine and it was ok. Depends on how rough the seas are on your day. Sit on the left side of the boat-better pics going out and less spray on the way back. I also had a waterproof case, just in case.. ..

do to the floods that affected kauai we may offer sunset sight see tours in september. At this time it is a week to week decision. Please keep checking our website to see what the latest offerings shall be.

What are the physical limitations to boarding the boat as far as taking a person who has had a hip replacement? Does have some difficulty stepping up? Anything Handicap accessible?

YES ITS NOT RECOMMENDED. I would suggest you go with captain andys in port allen they have a 60 ft catamaran.
