What an amazing collection of traditional art and craft. It is educational with lots of boards out front with information and the gentleman that owns the place is incredibly knowledgable and friendly. The work is from all over the Oceania region. Not to be missed… don’t forget to make a purchase if possible and support the artists!

This is a hidden gem….a cultural center, exhibit, and shop of Asia-Pacific heritage and history. Hidden off the Main Street of quaint Hanalei Kauai Hawaii. Is a self guided short (15 min) tour in the courtyard and then do some upscale shopping in the store.

Tough finding a parking spot in Hanalei. Once you do you need to wander around and not give it up. We came upon this place near the parking lot on our way back. Went inside and there was a lot of interesting things to see. Some large some small and they will ship the large items. It was a great place to see things that you can put on display when you get back home.

We found this place just wandering through Hanalei. Im glad we did because when we went in it was like a Polynesian Museum where you could buy any of the items on display. Well worth your time to go in and look around and you will learn many things while in there. The person that was in the store was more than happy to give you any information and tell you about the items. They are expensive .. but .. when you see the quality of the items in there you will see they are worth the price .. so if you can go in and just browse around you will enjoy it .. but I dont recommend taking children in unless you want them to break a very expensive piece you will get to pay for .. LOL

This is a Pacific Island gallery with good information, a great selection of artifacts and lots of amazing buys.
Outside the store there is an area with historic information on boards that helps gove some context to the history of the Hawaiian area you are visiting.
A great space to stop and see in between exploring, shopping, grabbing a bite to eat and surfing.
I hope this helps you find this little hidden gem.

There is so much to see in this art gallery. Things you would normally only see in a museum. Also tikis in every size and jewelry made by local artists. Loved it!

I am not a shopper and found so many nice things here. The gifts here are unique, I got both my wife and mom their pearl necklaces here and an authenitic tiki. A must for any history lover or one looking for real authentic souvenirs.
