On January 10th we booked a 7 hour snorkle tour on the Napali coast for February 10th, with our credit card being charged the same day. After we arrived in Hawaii, we were informed our trip was cancelled because they booked a private party on their boat. Are you kidding? Booked your boat AFTER you've taken our money and we've... Our family of four went on a 'sunset' tour. Captain Drew, Emily and Jason gave us a great afternoon. Captain Drew's commentary was informative and low key. His love of the natural beauty of Kauai was evident. He went the extra mile (literally) taking advantage of the calm waters to take us up the Na Pali coast. Emily and Jason... More

We took the 7 hour cruise on Feb 5, 2016 that went out to Nihau island and the Napali Coast. It was an amazing sailing adventure. The crew (consisting of Coma, Drew, Glenn, etc.) were very friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. They were constantly attending to all of our needs, explaining to us about the coast areas, providing beverages/food and taking... More

We had a fantastic morning tour on the water. The boat had to be re-routed so we did not get to see the napali coast line but we still got to see dolphins, whales and turtles. The one thing that was not as good was the check-in. The staff doing the actual check-in was not really overly friendly and helpful;... More

The sunset cruise was the highlight of our vacation. While it was not a whale watching cruise, we probably saw 15 or 20 whales, many of them at close range. Our Captain was very good at seeing them and getting us reasonably close. The crew was very attentive and really seemed to care that we had everything we wanted and... More

Winter is not the best time to see the north shores of any Hawaiian Island, but we had an exceptional day. Do expect some roughness all the same & in case you are prone to sea sickness sit outside the boat cabin, not in. Fresh air helps so much! The coastline was absolutely beautiful and there are no words or... More

We were fortunate to have excellent conditions for our trip. Our crew, Captain Drew, Emily and Jason, were enthusiastic, knowledgable and very helptul throughout the trip. Drew handled that big boat with ease, giving us close up views of the caves, and slowing to see the whales and dolphins. Food service was nicely done, and they even served us champaign... More

This was by far the best cruise we have ever taken. Captain Drew took time to let us see the marine life, as well as to explain what we were looking at. The deck hands Jason and Emily were very helpful. They worked very hard to make sure we had beverages, as well snacks. At dinner Jason and Emily made... More

Having booked the trip based off of the potential best day for light waves we excited to try and get across the Chanel to see the forbidden island! The waves were higher than expected but we still went for it. This is in the say that it was dangerous but that when we got there it was whether or not... More

We took a trip with Holo Holo Charters booked through Cyrus at Hanalei Bay Resort. It was fantastic. Starting with the booking experience with Cyrus. The down side is the 4:00 am wake up call so you can make it to Port Allen for the boat briefing. The sea was very clam and the whales slept in until mid day... More
