No facilities and not really anything to do there except swim or fish but it's a nice quiet beach if you want to get away from the crowds.

The access road is in sincere need of dirt to fill the potholes, there were a lot of shady locals hanging around in tents, and the views were only ok. I'd skip this beach unless I had nothing else to do.

I love swimming down by the end of the beach park/bay. Nice place for families. They have restrooms and a fresh water shower.

Great place to snorkel and to swim for families with smaller kids. We thought we would all snorkel here. But, my teenaged boys soon wanted more waves and thus we moved to a less protected beach soon after arrival.

Anahola Beach is along the northeast shore road of Kauai, north of Kap'a and Kealia Beach. It's a long and gorgeous beach, in a cove, with moderate waves and surf. Restrooms are provided, and there are a number of covered tables for grilling and eating. At the far end vehicles can drive onto the beach and enjoy the day! People... More

This was a fun beach to visit. You can drive right to the sand. Beautiful views & a good spot to spend the day relaxing in the sun on the sand! No real markers on the highway. Take Anahola Road thru the houses, keep going & you will end up at the beach.

Off the main road, no sign of the ocean, where is the beach? It is worth the search. Uncrowned. Lifeguard protected. Beautiful! Just don't tell anyone...

This beach is a hidden gem. It's rarely crowded and has a gentle beach for swimming. The surf breaks just a few hundred yards so you can see it with little effect. It's in a cove that's protected and great shade, restrooms, and lifeguards. It was our favorite spot to swim and chill!

This beach was a terrific visit for our family. The tranquil, turquoise waters look exactly like the picture of Hawaii. There was ample room for swimming and playing in the sand. It is not great for snorkeling because the rocky areas are very shallow.

Great for beginners or families with small children. The trail is wide and has no risky areas. Conveniently located close to Kapaa.
