My husband and I have taken many snorkeling tours with many companies throughout the world, but this was one of our favorites. We signed up at the hut on the beach and the staff there were informative and helpful. We were staying at the Marriott, so it was very convenient. But what we really enjoyed was the skill and friendliness of the staff onboard. Just like in the pictures on their website, besides instructions we received an informative, funny and fascinating talk about the incredible sealife we would be seeing. And once in the water, our "guide" dove down and showed us many of the creatures that we might have missed! The staff was especially good with children. One kid started to freak out a bit once he was in the water, but one of the guys encouraged him and next time we looked, he was happily snorkeling. Also, the food was exceptionally good and fresh. We had a pretty windy day that clouded up, so as far as the weather, the snorkeling wasn't ideal, but that was not the fault of the staff, who did all they could to make it a great time. The catamaran we were on had quite a history, so ask the captain about that. We were fortunate to have a small group on board that day, so maybe we received exceptional attention, but we were very happy and would go again with Ocean Sports again.
