High end eateries (Ruth Chris, Tommy Bahamas) A few nice shops and best of all a full service Foodland grocery store that is much less expensive than shopping for food at Waikoloa Beach

The free luau is a great way to get a glimpse of Hawaiian culture - for all ages. On Mondays and Thursdays arrive about 5:30 to make leis and the show begins at 6. The music and outdoor setting make it special.

We always love spending the afternoon here! The restaurants are great, there are several shops and galleries. They have a free show with Polynesian dancers twice a week in the courtyard. Definitely worth spending a few hours here!

We did use Snorkel Bob and rented snorkel gear for the week. We also used the "shake" place for a treat and we did some small grocery shopping at the market which was expensive.
