We wandered through these shops while we visited Waikoloa. There were several that we enjoyed visiting and ended up buying a few things. Overall, things in Hawaii are expensive, but there are some unique things that make great souvenirs. We found a couple of shirts for DH and I found a pair of sweet sandals on sale. You never know,... As others have said higher end shops which were of no interest. Smaller than the mall across the road.

This is bit upscale compared to the Queen's Marketplace across the street. They have a Macy's with high pricing, there also a Roy's and Three Fat Pigs, formerly a steak house, and A Bay Cafe, formerly Merriman's, The Whaler's General Store is loaded with tourist stuff at similar prices. The restaurants share the views of a big lagoon which is... More

We live at Mauna Lani and usually go to the farmers markets in Waimea. The kings shops have a nice market on Wednesday's. There is usually a good selection of fresh local fruits and vegetables. There is also a booth with fantastic t shirts screen printed by a young artist from the Hilo side. They have pictures/prints of Hawaiian myths... More

15th year coming annually; I always include shopping here. Fine shops in a clean environment. Nice galleries from Ohana wood carver of beautiful wood work to fine jewelry like Tiffanies. The general store has a great variety. Bathrooms also clean and handy.

We have been coming here for years and not much has changed except for the cleanliness.. it just seemed dirty compared to the other down the street. It's really time for a make over..

I stayed in Waikoloa recently at the Marriott Resort. Kings' Shops is literally across the street and is home to several good restaurants and many mid to high end shops. Most evenings there is live music outdoors with ample seating and its free. Its a good location to stroll through after a nice dinner.

A bit expensive, but with a good selection of shops and some restaurants. Worst seeing and the grocery store has most of what you'll need.

Upmarket Mall located strategically in an upmarket holiday complex. Not what i want when I am on vacation - preferred the Queens Market Place which is 'lighter' and the shops a bit more vacationy (I know this is not a word but you know what I mean). Smallest Macy's I have ever seen but it was still Macy's so not... More

We went here to just walk around since it was close to the gas station and Queens Market Place. Compared to the Queen's, its a little more pricey of shops. They do have a few restaurants in there. The Macys located there was a let down. I was thinking it was a full store but they sold mostly mens and... More
