Calm water and Sandy bottom made for good swimming. Restrooms and showers available. Right by Waikoloa resorts. Great black and white mix of sand.

I love this beach. Get there early and you can even get a lounge chair. Great breeze.. there are trees so there can be shade. It does get busy. Popular with tourists and locals alike.

The "A Bay" is a wonderful place to stroll...grab a shave ice at the little hut on the beach, Wade into refreshing warm, smooth currents and enjoy the day...but don't forget to stay for a beautiful sunset. While the water is not as clear as some other beaches in the area, it makes up for it in tranquility and less... More

Parking close by, facilities, rentals for SUP and snorkeling, lounge chairs, shade... what else could you ask for? Lava Lava club is close for indoor dining.

This is a lovely shaded beach with facilities in Waikoloa Resort. There are lounge chairs available to the early bird. It is a great place to picnic and enjoy the best of Hawaii.

A bay is a nice little place to walk around. The beach is quite sheltered and the water was really calm when we went. Not the nicest sand, but it's close to all the resorts in Waikoloa and there was lots of parking. The fish pond is quite large, but the water is fairly murky. you can see fish jump,... More

Not too crowded and fun for kids and adults. Lounge chairs available and can rent kayaks, paddle boards, etc... Enjoyed yoga class in front of the calm waters one morning- perfect!

The coarse coral sand beach is dotted with volcanic stones. This a good place to visit but be careful entering the water as there are somewhat sharp lava formations just below the surface, A good pair of water shoes would have helped. Several charters leave here daily - sailing, glass bottom boats, etc. Towards the less active end of the... More
