Played this, course once in March, 2016. Course was in good shape, easy to make a tee time. Played alone but paired with two other golfers. Don't go into sand traps-they are really pebble traps.

Enjoyed the round. Typical muni layout nothing special but grounds kept up nicely. The down side is definitely the sand traps. Someone commented that it's crushed shells, it's not. It's gravel and it will damage your clubs. Staff were helpful and friendly and the bar & grill provided good eats & drinks.

To start, the pro shop staff was disorganized ... Didn't give us our online discount and didn't let the starter know who we were. To finish, the shop closed before we even finished our round at 5:00 PM, and no one was available at either end for club-cleaning, parking help, or snacks. These aspects were just annoying, and had the... More

This is a fun course, and is reasonable. The only thing that I don't like is the bunkers. They are not really sand bunkers, but crushed shells. So, don't go in the bunkers!

The Staff were friendly, the Club house was adequate. The course could be more challenging. We had afternoon rate of $55 per adult, $25 per kid. So it was reasonable for the area.

Played 18 here yesterday with the guys in our family and really enjoyed it. The staff could not be more nice or friendly. I am not an experienced golfer but the course was nice, well maintained, and the price is right for duffers like us. The course winds through a community and from various spots you can see the ocean.... More

"Big Bang for your Buck " is often overused, but this beautiful course is well worth the seven mile drive up from Waikoloa Beach resort area, where the courses are much more expensive. The course is well kept, some holes offer beautiful ocean and coastline views, and the climate is usually is little cooler due to higher elevation breezes. It'... More

I've been to Hawaii many times but this is the first time I golfed the Big Island. For $55 each after 2pm and $32 to rent Taylor Made golf clubs, it was very affordable - included cart. The course was not very difficult though there were some long holes. The rental clubs are better than my clubs are home. The... More

Typical retirement community golf course. More dry places than I would like to see. Outstanding rental clubs. A bit pricey in my opinion. Course had no "Wow" factor.
