The market is no more, but it was the best I've ever been to. That's probably because it was at the SPACE Belly Acres Community and they were very friendly. I've since gone for a meeting there, and I had the luck to see the children practicing their gymnastic tumbling class and it was phenomenal! I love the fact that... More

I like to cook with local, organic produce when possible. At the Saturday market at SPACE I found fresh organic kale, beets, and lettuce. At Gay Hawaii B&B where I was staying they have fresh organic avocados, lemons, and passionfruit. What an amazing salad! At the SPACE market they also have locally made breads and a great variety of locally... More

We went to the Saturday morning market and it was great. Small, local with a lot of great stuff. The building is beautiful.

This farmers market was terrible. We love the one outside on Pahoa on Saturday and thought we would try out SPACE for a Saturday breakfast. Many of the vendors here don't follow any cleanliness standards. For example, they were not cleaning their blenders from making smoothies or their cooktops between different dishes. I like funky and unusual but this was... More

The Saturday morning market is like a 1960s fair with the hippie atmosphere alive an well. Check out Pot Head Soup's selection or (further in the rear) Russian chef Larissa's great savory and sweet creations. Reiner's photograph cards are great for gifts or sending home instead of postcards of pics from your cell phone. Jewelry, clothins - lots of stuff!... More

About 3 1/2 miles from Hale Tapa and Hale Lalala. Everything sold at the Market is Made in Hawaii! Awesome organic, fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers. If Swami Rada Dada or Swami Lalala is there... definitely get a "Reading". Over the top fun and amazingly intuitive and insightful!!!
