Exploring Hawaii’s Big Island can be a big undertaking, but it doesn’t have to be. Avoid the stress of planning out all the details with this guided tour that includes round-trip transport, lunch, snacks, and bottled water for your convenience. Because there’s minimal walking distance during this tour, it’s perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels. Plus, if the weather gets dreary, rain gear is provided to keep you dry.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had a great time here! They have a great variety of coffees to taste test and we also picked up some cool things in the gift shop.

The tour is short (only half an hour or so) but there isn't much to making coffee. So that's fine. The main purpose is to get you into the retail shop. The coffees are great, so that's fine too.

I was on a solo holoholo from Hilo to South Point when I pulled in here for a cup of coffee and a pit stop. I did not participate on the tours, but did take some nice photos before I got back on the road. My favorite coffee was the washed Peaberry medium, which I got in a to go cup. Balanced, clean and medium exactly what I wanted. They have a few other roasts that I tested, but I'm a pretty Medium taste so I wasn't surprised that I ended up with what I did. They also had chocolates with macadamia nuts and some with pineapple and coconut. These are terrific. The milk chocolate is made with Sunflower Lectin instead of Soy Lectin like everything else, so I could actually eat them! Mahalo Ka'u for being there when I needed you!

We went there today for the 12noon tour. The shop has lots of free sample coffee and nuts. The staff are very friendly, the tour is very informative, and we are even allowed to taste one coffee bean right off the tree, amazing experience!
