Don't believe the news. They are still open, just like many great destinations on this side of the island. Make sure to schedule your tour in advance online, but this place has some great local products to buy.

We had a great coffee and cake. A working farm. People were friendly and lots of samples offered. A pleasant stop before visiting the ‘Vog’ of the erupting Volcano very close by.More

Nice place for a quick stop and to learn about and sample coffee. Coffee was very good but for an 8oz bag be prepared to pay $20.

Stopped in here briefly on an island tour and found it interesting enough as we were explained the coffee process. They also supplied excellent Irish latte coffee along regular coffee tasting for those interested. Worth a short stop

Everyone should stop here on the way up to the volcano for coffee and snacks. There is nothing at the ranger center. On the way back stop fir fresh eggs.
