The catamaran crew was great! The night I went was very choppy and the currents strong. Despite that our group was safely guided through the water. I wasn't sure we'd see any rays but we did...it was very cool!

Someone dropped a dive light to 30' and the mantas -- FOUR of them -- gracefully circled the light on the bottom, up to the one we were holding. Manta are really big -- eyes like quarters. And they were closer to me than your face is to your screen right now. Yup, THAT close.

I am so happy I chose to do the night manta ray snorkel tour!! If staying at the Sheraton Kona Resort and Spa at Keauhou Bay this is a must do!! The boat picks up right around the corner from the resort and takes you right to the water in front of the resort, super easy to find!

Booked through the Kona Sheraton. A truly amazing experience. Highly recommend. Preston and Tanner were phenomenal guides. Really nice to have a personal experience and getting up close with these gentle giants.
