Our family of five (kids ages 17, 14 and 12) had a great bike tour this week led by Dan and Jeremy. They were both engaging and informative - we learned so much about this area of the island and got in some great bike miles, too. It was just the right amount of stops (including a visit to a fantastic tropical fruit stand) to make sure everyone enjoyed the ride w/o feeling like they were lagging behind. It took some energy to conquer the hills of the last mile, but the destination was well worth the leg burn required. The views of the valley were exceptional! Highly recommend this bike tour company and be sure to ask for Dan and Jeremy to be your guides!

My wife and I got a personal tour of Anna's Ranch. Firstly, we had a blast talking with our guide, Jeremy, who gave us insight on the big island from a local's perspective on food, beer, and fun. He gave us a great tour of the ranch with all it's hidden gems like water falls and unique wildlife. With a smooth 1000 ft climb, flowy single track built into the hillside of the cattle pasture, beautiful 360 views, we had so much fun that we did the climb and decent twice! Being that most of the Big Island is private ranch land, this Anna's gives you the unique opportunity to ride parts of the island you would otherwise be arrested for riding. I hope more ranchers do this on the Big Island and create a network of trails. If they did, this would turn into an MTB Mecca in an instant.

Booked a private family mountain bike ride on Mana Road and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. Jeremy, our local guide, quickly and efficiently showed us the ropes on the e-bikes and got us outfitted and geared up to ride in no time. He tailored the tour to our 9 year old, giving her confidence yet letting her push herself and her comfort level. He even shared with her his private stash of kid friendly snacks like fruit leathers, peanut butter Ritz and mini Oreos. The slopes of Mauna Kea are gorgeous and the weather was sunny and cool so couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend a Saturday. Jeremey shared historical local knowledge about ranching on the Big Island that was cool for us locals from Oahu to learn about. He also shared his favorite local eateries to fuel up and relax after a ride. It really felt more like getting to ride around with a friend than a tour operator. Much mahalo!

My grandson and I joined this tour on a rainy day in April. Our guide Dan did a masterful job of managing the group (all experienced mountain bikers with the possible exception of the undersigned) and we all had a great ride. Beautiful scenery and the bikes were in very good shape as well. Highly recommended.

Great Mountain bike tour! Our guide , Jeremy was very knowledgeable of the area , history , and mountain biking in general. The Giant Trance E electric assist bikes were very easy to ride and handle , even for someone who has never ridden before. Overall a great experience !

We had a beautiful ride up through the Parker Ranch on Saturday, 11/20. The 1000 foot elevation gain was made easy by the electric assist bikes. Jeremy, the guide, provided much local lore and knowledge that kept us interested as well as invigorated. Certainly one of the best ways to spend a late morning in Hawaii. We would do it again. Jeremy was great paying attention to the different needs of riders, some unfamiliar with electric assist mountain bikes. WE loved it.

This was a great time with my spouse and father in law. The tour guide was friendly, capable, and able to pace out the group so all skill levels could have a fun and/or challenging ride based on their abilities. Mana Road was gorgeous; scenic with beautiful weather. I can't wait to try Gravel biking on my next trip.

The bike tour was awesome! Dan was very friendly and so informative about the island. We were glad they were e-bikes on a few of the hills, that extra little boost was just what we needed. It’s a bit windy up there so if you get cold easily pack a light jacket for the ride down. We definitely recommend this tour!

We had an excellent time on our Anna Ranch mountain bike tour and this was largely due to Dan, our guide. He was knowledgeable and gracious. The bikes were in excellent condition and the views of the Big Island were spectacular.

We booked a tour with @bigislandbiketours. This tour was the eBike tour at Anna Ranch. It was just us two and our tour guide Jeremy so it was a very unique personal experience for us. Jeremy was a very thorough and friendly guide and we learned a lot from him. I highly recommend this tour if you are feeling adventurous and like riding bikes.

The view of the Big Island from the top of Anna Ranch was beautiful, we could see Mauna Kea and the West Coast of the Big Island. Iʻm so glad we had electric mountain bikes because the ride up would have been even more challenging. On the way down, I actually fell! But no problem because the grass is so soft and I wasnʻt hurt. It was harder going down than up for me. But after I fell and I started to trust my bike and leaned into the turns it was much easier and more fun.

So overall, it was a challenging ride, but very fun and worth it for us! So next time you are there, definitely look them up as they do have a variety of tours for all types.
