Really enjoyed driving up here on Saturday morning. The market is quite small, but has a cool selection of coffee, fresh cheese, handmade bags and food. We had a delicious crepe with shrimp, avocado and artichokes. Yum! Also drove up into the beautiful hills, and walked around the cute town. Hit this on our way to the Wailaia Lookout, which was awesome.

It’s a small market, but it is in the green hills and has a real community feel to it as farmers markets should. They have a variety of vendors. You can easily visit them all within an hour. If you are traveling - head up north to the more remote and beautiful part of the island and make this one of your stops.

There are lots of farmers markets on the Big Island but this one is the best. Start with a wonderful cup of Makua Coffee (hot or iced) and then make the rounds. You may also like to purchase some fresh roasted packaged coffee to take or send home. The Historical Pukalani Stable structures surrounding the vendors insure you can enjoy your exploration in the shade but out of the sometimes windy Waimea. Fresh fruits and vegetables, freshly made hot food, beautiful plants and unique art. Plenty of benches to sit and eat or just meet up with friends and listen to some great live music:) Go to their website (kamuelafarmersmarket.com) for the latest of what's happening there....Every Saturday 8am-2pm. Giddy-up!

If you are looking for organic produce, honey, coffee, etc as well as Hawaiian made crafts this is the market for you. There are at least three other farmers markets in Waimea but this one is the one you need to go to first.

We enjoyed visiting this market. Due to Covid it's on the small side. The vendors had nice quality produce and products.

Really enjoyed the local flare of this farmers market and artists. We had organic sourdough breads, Kona coffee and a meal from a food truck that was to die for! Great acoustic guitar entertainer. Great place to spend a couple of hours on a Saturday

I just bought a bread "ORGANIC GF ADVENTURE BREAD, at the Papaaloa Country Store.
I had been looking for something to have with my coffee in the morning ( 6am) , I am not a breakfast person, and needed something that would give me energy and satisfy me until later in the day. I like it very much and I am glad to have an opportunity to say something nice about it.

What a Farmer’s Market!!! If you are in Waimea on Saturday morning, make this a stop! So many vendors, lots of fresh food to eat on site, picnic tables set up, live background lovely guitar music - this market has it all. Some of the vendors:
- fresh produce
- baked goods
- salmon
- meat
- soaps/creams etc
- honey
So many I can’t remember! Super atmosphere, very lively. Enjoyed this market a lot more than the Wednesday market.

This was a great place to shop and meander about. You can get just about anything here, it’s really an awesome place to vacation. The pizza is delicious, everyone from town goes crazy over this! Also, the wonderful veggies were home grown. These folks know how to grow a garden : )
