Tours and Tickets by Heavenly Hawaiian Kona Coffee Farm
Overview
Hawaii—particularly the Big Island—is known for excellent coffee due to the archipelago’s ideal growing conditions: high altitude, tropical conditions, and rich volcanic soil. Tour a working farm and learn about the process of growing, harvesting, and processing coffee. Sample three coffees and a variety of snacks during the tour. The $5 booking fee can be applied to any purchase in the on-site gift shop.

Although the tour is free & you are taken to see how the Kona Coffee is grown & see how they process it, there is a lot of sales pitch on why they think their coffee is the best - too much for my tasteMore

The coffee farm tour is excellent. They are obviously passionate about coffee and all the things that define quality beans. The tour can be a little long if you are not into coffee. In that case, go visit a tea house instead. I learned about...More
