We have been on several coffee tours; this was the best. We took this short tour because we wanted to learn a little more about how coffee is processed. First, we sampled several differ roasts of coffee. I liked all of them. No one in the group actively disliked any of them. Then we went in and had a talk... More

We stopped here on a whim, and were really glad. This place has the worst name ever - seriously, who would think to stop here? But they actually have a beautiful property on the hill that overlooks the ocean, and the gentleman in the shop gave us the best tour we got all day. He told us all about the... More

We've been coming back to Kona for over 7 years and UCC coffee became one of our favorites. UCC operates a simple visitor center where you can enjoy samples of the various coffees. You can visit the farm to learn about coffee bean picking, drying and roasting, as well as roast your own bag of coffee. The staff has always... More

Check out estate after roasting your own coffee beans. Acres of coffee plants to see and smell. The guides will tell you in detail what to look for. The flowers only bloom for a few days and are very fragrant

I toured the Konan coffee plantation and farmers explained how this kind of coffee is being farmed. I participated in actual roasting of coffee beans which I prefer Light Roast in ancient roaster that is made more than 100 years ago and grounded then put in a plastic pouch with a photo of our tour group. What an aroma experience.

Awesome coffee and coffee ice cream. Staff is super friendly. I learned a lot about coffee growing. It is next to mauka meadows so I recommend you go to both.
