Two friends and I booked last minute with Kohala zipline. We chose them because of their location only 1.5 hrs from Kona and also their reputation with other tour operators. Our zip leaders were Brenna and Kassi. They were experienced, professional, and made us all feel very confident that we were safe. The zips were all up in the canopy... More

Had a great time today on the ziplines. I am not amazing with heights but felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our time there. Brenna and kassie made our day with this and were so helpful throughout, even shared some great places to grab something to eat afterwards and some great lookout spots to explore after the ziplining. They are... More

We had a great little group for zip lining. The guides were friendly and very good at keeping everyone very comfortable. I would highly recommend this as an island activity not to be missed! Also...their lunch reco at Holy Smokes was UH-MAZING! Pulled pork tacos FTW!!!!

This first-time zipper loved Kohala Zipline! Katie & Chris were our very engaging, patient guides who made the experience a delight! Chris was especially knowledgeable about Hawaiian history and shared interesting information about the area. Both were extremely safety conscious, so any anxieties were dispelled. Our group was a mix of new and experienced zippers, as well as ages. The... More

Had a great time with my husband! They were great giving instructions and taking care of our safety. We were able to see some amazing wildlife and we got to repel from a landing. I would definitely recommend it. Their little shop had a lot of good treasures too!

Ive done quite a bit of ziplining in Hawaii and this is the best, no question. We took the canopy tour through the forest and it was exhilarating, beautiful, but also very safe as they double up every single safety feature. Our guides were Rogan and Tata - both very experienced and personable guides who took the time to get... More

Aloha, Thank you for your feedback, and for joining our adventure. I'm glad you had a fun and memorable trip, however I am extremely concerned by the fact that you had a negative customer service experience at our final platform. I encourage you to give me a call so I can find out more details about what happened. Either way... More

Eric and Kayla made it a great morning. Safety a priority. More fun than other ziplining we've done because you have more control over your own speed. You can really fly! Bridges add an extra element of fun.

My wife and I took our two 14 year old girls and had an incredible experience. The guides are focused on safety first, and are excellent at connecting with everyone and curating the experience. Their knowledge of local wildlife and types of trees was excellent. The equipment is in exceptional condition and none of us ever had a concern whatsoever... More

My 10 and 13 year old kids finally weighed enough this trip to go ziplining, so we decided to make it a family adventure and drag dad along, too! Nat and Rogie were the most awesome guides with true aloha, and we had a fabulous morning...and so the the mongooses (or is it mongeese?) near the snack shack. The how-tos... More

I had the pleasure to enjoy your Kohala Zip & Dip adventure on April 3rd with my daughter (Bella) and my son (Nolan), along with our good friends from Los Angeles (Kroy, Monica, Sarah and Sam). Our families were neighbors in Metro Detroit, when our kids were very little, but we both moved away from Detroit to Chicago and Los... More
