First and foremost, wear comfortable walking shoes and pleased put on insect repellent. In the rainforest portion I was eaten alive by mosquitoes. It was lush, very natural including webs to knock down, groves, large maze for whole family, waterfalls, just so many parts for everyone to enjoy. They also have zip line and Segway tours. But do wear you... More

We had an excellent experience on the Intro tour. Red was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. My husband and I have been on segway city tours before but this was my parents' first time. It was perfect for them. Being in a controlled environment like this seemed like a better first experience than a city tour where you have... More

If you are really interested in flowers of Hawaii don't bother with this badly planned place. Haphazard planting, weird layout and an assault to the beauty of Hawaii.

I'll say my son, granddaughter and I had a blast riding the Segways. Dylan did a great job training us, watching over us and showing us the fruits and plants in the Botantical gardens. I felt the gardens need a lot of work and made the tour overpriced. I'm afraid this company won't be around long if they don't make... More

Signage is broken and very basic. Several items we wondered about HAD no sign to tell what type of plant they were. The trail down to the small falls was muddy and slippery and had asphalt dumped in random piles as a preventative measure. Not too effective and a pile of gravel is slippery, too. Nice area, but the owners... More

Overly expensive for the experience! I was expecting something a bit more better quality fit the price I paid. The staff are nice and casual, but would have preferred a bit more botanical information. The interpretation and signage system is near to non existent. However, the plants are interesting and its best to do the tours with a Segway as... More

The zip line was fun! The guides were friendly & fun. Don't forget to bring some cash to tip them if you choose. Also, a couple of us got bit by mosquitos. They sell bug repellent there and some snacks if you forget. The maze was fun. At first, I thought it didn't look very challenging but I definitely got... More

We went to the ZipLine there and the Botanical gardens. The Botanical gardens were tired, and it seemed to us like they had been there a long time. The Zip Line was average but the staff were super nice and helpful. Overall, it was an ok activity, but not worth the two hour drive we took to get there.

We visited with 2 teenager's and a 9 year old and we're interested in trying the segway tour. Unfortunately, our 9 year old was not old enough to ride a Segway so we had to do just the Botanical Gardens. They had a nice waterfall at the top of the hill and then another little tropical forest area. The rest... More

We traveled with 2 teens and the whole family loved this trip. It is great for both first time segway riders and those more experienced. Our guide led us through beautiful gardens and let us try all the different fruits - it was so much fun and interesting. Then we toured to waterfall areas and got to see some of... More
