Our family of 5 had great fun zip-lining and doing an off-road segway tour here! The guides were great - informative and funny! None of us had ridden Segways before and the guide did a great job instructing us and getting us comfortable. It was a blast! And the zip-lining - great views, and 7 or 8 different zip lines... Awesome time zip lining with the family. The guides were great and made it easier for members of my family that were nervous.

We had a wonderful time zip lining with helpful and personable guides. Unfortunately the office staff are unreliable and lacked professionalism. On Friday morning, we called to arrange a 12:30 zip line tour for Saturday. The woman at the office stated she was busy and would call me back in 20 minutes. She never did. I called back a couple... My husband and I booked the two hour "Mamalahoa Tour" Segway ride through the Botanical Gardens, Rain Forest, and up to see the Kamaee Waterfall. It was such a beautiful day, and a wonderful ride! Our guide, Dylan, was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and personable. There was nobody else booked for our time slot, so we had a private tour. It... More

The rainforest visit here has gone downhill since last September ... There is a lot of debris in the water way area which limits the view and many dead plants now.. I wish I had not spent the money to go back

Aloha and Mahalo for your review. We have sent a crew today to address your remarks. We are doing some special trimming in other areas of the gardens which has caused the staff to pay somewhat less attention to the rainforest in recent weeks. The rainforest is particularly active during summer months. It requires a large staff and our gardeners... More

We went with our adult kids to this beautiful arboretum thinking they'd want to ride the zipline overhead while we looked at all the plants, trees, flowers, vines and waterfalls. But they loved all the living beautiful growth all around us that they passed on the zipline. It was one of the more memorable parts of our trip to Hawaii.... More

My husband and I toured the garden while the kids went zip lining. The flowers were awesome and well taken care of.

Great tour, the guide knew so much about the flora and history of the gardens and the Big Island. She took her time with us and provided samples of the fresh fruits and gave us flowers that she talked about as we went through the gardens. She answered all our questions and provided added information that helped us on the... More

We opted for the Segway tour. After a short training session were able to view a waterfall and Janille, our guide, then took us on a botanical tour of the grounds that included tasting and smelling many fruits and herbs. Very enjoyable.
