My two teen daughters and I had an awesome time flying through the ohi'a trees on Fly Hi's zipline tour. Everyone was very friendly, from the office staff who greeted us to our guides, Drew and Nova. The three of us were a little intimidated to try this, because we've had very little experience with ziplines and had never done a full course. But by the end of it all, we all tried different ways to fly, including going "eagle" style (sorry, I forgot the Hawaiian name for it). We would definitely recommend this unforgettable activity for anyone going to Kailua-Kona.

Fly HI Ziplines Kona was compromised by the Ohia Lehua blight that hit the Big Island of Hawaii. In order to help stop the possible spread of the disease killing our native forests, and for the safety of their guests, Fly HI Ziplines Kona stopped operating on June 1st, 2016. They loved being a part of the Kona community and hope to return in the future once the tree fungus is eradicated. A big mahalo and aloha to all that adventured with Fly HI!

My boyfriend and I live on the island. We always wanted to zipline, and Fly HI had a great Kama'aina rate. Everyone there was very friendly, but it was obvious one of the employees was brand new to the business. She constantly second guessed herself, and would forget very important steps in the process. It was making me, and a lot of the other people in our group VERY nervous. My boyfriend even ended up ziplining UPSIDE DOWN because she forgot to tell him to hold onto a strap. My boyfriend thought it was hilarious. We laugh about it now, but at the time, it was terrifying. Despite the scary parts, we had a blast, and I would recommend FlyHI to my friends.

We had a blast in Kona at Fly Hi zipline! We got to see all kinds of awesome animals, and experience 9 different zipline! Our tour guides Gwen and Drew did an amazing job showing us around the ranch and ensuring we were safe and having fun the entire time! Highly recommend!

I can't even describe in words how much of a great time my husband and I had on today's tour!!! Not only was the actual zip lining amazing but what pulled everything together in an ultra amazing package were the "boys of the trees", Drew and Justin..... And can't forget our chauffeur Tim. These dudes were so knowledgeable of the land..... I could have listened to them for hours talk about all the different kinds of trees, plants and animals that surrounded us from hundreds of feet in the air. Their true passion for their jobs truly shown through. Thank you to the whole team for making my first trip flying more then I could ever expect..... And thank you for teaching me how to hang up side down. I'm addicted to zip lining now!
