This was our last night in Wyoming and what a way to end a wonderful trip.
We met Christina at the meeting point where she assured us of all the Coronavirus precautions and she introduced our guides Cassie had myself and Husband (60 yrs +) and Colton had the rest of our family Mom Dad kids 9yrs, 6yrs and 3 1/2 years.
What thrill to go down the river in the evening. Cassie was so easy and we learned and spotted so much wildlife, more than we had seen on a wildlife tour. It was just beautiful, we arrived at our dinner spot and Dutch met us and got us seated and comfortable taking our dining choices. We had halibut (perfect!!!) my son and wife had Salmon (they raved about it) everything was done to perfection no detail left undone. After dinner we were taken to a teepee and relaxed, then we had a wonderful desert, just light enough after a very filling dinner. The kids got to make make samores!!! They were thrilled, Thanks to Dutch and his "dream team of Colton, Cassie and Christina" for a perfect ending to a beautiful part of Wyoming and letting us enjoy your world in a wonderful way

We had the most incredible trip with the Teton Raptor Center and JH Vintage Adventures! Len led my two kids (3 and 4 years old) and I down the Snake River - he was a wealth of knowledge and a joy to be around. He also spotted 8 different bald eagles which was a highlight of our time in JH for my son. The Teton Raptor Center team brought a few of their raptors and deepened our education. My kids were enthralled (as was I).

I felt that both teams took every precaution during Covid to keep us safe. Highly recommend this to anyone who has the opportunity to participate.

What a marvelous morning floating down the Snake River in a beautiful mahagony boat masterfully guided by Ned! We met our guides early, which allowed us to be among the first on the river affording us the best opportunity to see more bald eagles than we could count and amazing view of the Tetons at sunrise. The chilly temperatures did not bother us as we were given warm wool blankets to sit on and wrap around ourselves. Our peaceful and relaxing trip lasted about an hour and a half before we left the comfort of our blankets for a short walk to breakfast on shore at thoughtfully constructed teepee camp, with a must see to believe luxurious outhouse. We were greated by a fireside spread that would have rivaled any four star hotel. Wildflower boquets abounded around a spread of fruit, homemade jams, cheese spread and breads (even a gluten free selection), smoked trout and salmon, plus elk sausage all prepared by Carmalee. We found conversation welcome and easy while we ate and sipped our hot chocolate, coffee and tea. Easily one of our most favorite experiences and one we will likely repeat on our next trip to Jackson.

Almost a year ago, I came across this company while researching our Jackson Hole ski vacation. Since we were going to be gone over Christmas, I really wanted to do something special. I fell in love with the idea of a snowy sleigh ride Christmas Eve dinner. I called in March to book, hoping that the 24th was available, and I lucked out. I tell you this because if you want to do this (and you should definitely do this) it books up well in advance. Dutch was amazing, he helped us picked dinner selections and then cooked everything to perfection. I highly recommend the Black Cod - so delicious. The camp is quaint, magical and the dinner is fantastic. The tent/tipi atmosphere makes you feel like you’re in a scene straight out of Harry Potter. 5 star treatment all around from the most amazing staff. Carol let our girls have extra time with the horses (they helped brush them and put them away), Carrie made and served a great dinner and Ned was a fantastic guide. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I’ve never experienced anything like this and it was worth every cent. Thank you JH Vintage Adventures, you made our Christmas Eve just as magical as I had hoped!

We had a group of 7 friends. This was my 3rd trip with JH Vintage Adventures. We had a wonderful time! The river trip was beautiful; we saw several eagles. All the folks are always friendly - makes you feel like family! Dinner was delicious. I had the Wagyu steak; 2 of our group has the salmon and they raved about it. Dessert was served in the teepee and was wonderful. Dutch and his crew really know how to provide a wonderful evening and great dinner. we will definitely be back!

Friends and I took an afternoon horse-drawn sleigh ride with AJ and Carole Malia to their charming camp set up along a private, forested bank of the Snake River. They know the flora, fauna and history of the area and they know how to keep their clients comfortable and captivated. Be sure to wear your winter layers and bring your cameras.

The highlight of our Jackson Hole vacation. The staff very attentive and thoughtful as they seem to anticipate and exceeded any expectations for the trip. A key to their success is that they truly enjoy showing their river and their culinary skills. The food itself was top notch as only the finest ingredients were used. The desert in the tepee was a fantastic ending to a great night

My family and I did the sunset boat tour and dinner... what an amazing experience!!! Dutch and his crew were all so fantastic. They all made our family of 13 feel like we were at home. The sights were breathtaking, the food was delicious and the atmosphere - you really need to see it to experience just how wonderful it was. If you are in town, I highly recommend booking a tour with them. It was the perfect way to end our week stay in Teton Village. None of us will ever forget this night.

My husband, my two daughters, (20 and 23) and I enjoyed the sleigh ride and dinner tremendously. We booked a private ride and it was absolutely beautiful! We appreciated the love and care of the horses, as well. After the sleigh ride, we had a specially prepared dinner inside a heated tent. Our dinner began with a cheese and cracker board with nuts and artichoke dip, along with hot cocoa and cider. Then, salmon, bison, potatoes, asparagus and salad was served. It was topped off with a berry tart, which was absolutely delicious, which we ate in a teepee with a charming rustic decor.
Our hosts were so gracious and we enjoyed talking with them about life in Jackson. but they also gave us time to ourselves to spend time with our family. I would recommend the sleigh ride to anyone, it was a truly special experience.

Dear Carol, AJ, Danny, and Dutch,

WOW! Thank you so much for all your kindness, hospitality, and generosity. Sol and I had the most AMAZING day today going on the vintage sleigh ride. The whole experience was truly magical and spectacular, and we’ll remember it for the rest of our lives. There are no words to capture how happy we are. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity and we feel immensely lucky and grateful. We hope to see you all again soon when we’re in Jackson next, and hope to celebrate our wedding weekend in September, 2022 with you! Thank you for giving us one of the best days of our lives.
