We loved our riding experience so much on a one-hour ride that we came back to do the two-hour ride up the mountain. You do not need experience with horses to do this. The guides are very experienced and entertaining and make sure you are...More

That was not my situation at all. It was not clear that my horse was lame at all--in fact a minor pulled muscle. Horses are complicated animals and this could have happened anywhere--anytime. The wrangler handled the animals beautifully and cared for all of his riders, especially calming the 9 and 11 year olds. There was no hitting of animals. As Wade took me and our new horses back, his horse shied at a log in the path. He performed all manner of ways to get our horses a way around that log--successfully. Complain about that particular wrangler--not the company. They get fabulous reviews.
