We were here late November and there was no snow on the ground this year. We had the place pretty much to ourselves. The sites were level and there were pines and cedars, picnic tables and electrical hookups. Pump water and bathrooms were available. We saw plenty of birds in the morning; ducks, geese seagulls and two bald eagles. The... More

Keyhole is the jewel of NE Wyoming. The fishing is great and camping is right down the middle of wild but not. Some areas are quiet and others are filled with people. The weather and time of year dictate what the ‘feel’ of the lake will be. After Memorial Day and before Labor Day there will be sport boaters and... More

This was a nice stop. We had lunch at the beach area. It was pretty windy today, so wasn't really excited about the area, but if we were camping or had a boat, this would be great. Maybe next time.

Perfect place for everybody. Small children, teenagers, adults, seniors... good for celebrations and any event. It has a nice beach and cliffs to jump from. It has several campgrounds, some with full hookups.

Found this great Campground just a few miles of the interstate. Found a super site with a beautiful lakeside view and full hookups. Big spaces with lots of room between sites. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful spot. We camped with a view of the lake. The pit toilets were the cleanest I have ever seen, just needed some lights. There was no-one on duty at 6pm just a phone number to call when you arrive at your site. Would have preferred to know there was a host around.

We stayed at cabin #2 in Tatanka campground for two nights in August and it was wonderful! The log cabin was larger than standard KOA cabins with a full size bed and a set of bunk beds. A/C came in handy during the 90+ degree days but was not necessary at night. There was a nice-sized porch with a swinging... More

What a surprise !! Pulled off the road and got a gorgeous site in the water for one night. Water and electric for only 23$. A boaters paradise.

We've been to Keyhole SP twice now, once in 2004 and once in June 2016. It's a great spot for inexpensive camping if you're looking to get away from the Deadwood/Lead area of the Black Hills and find something a little more out there. A lot has changed in the past decade with a considerable amount of development of the... More

We spent one night there. When we arrived, very nice park lady asked if we had reservation of which we presented printed copy. It was after check-out time, so therefore she checked us in; sent us to our pull-through site on the beautiful teal colored waters edge w/layered red rock cliffs across lake. Our site was filled with camping trailer... More
