My sister was looking for a cowboy hat so this was on our list of places to look. We were in Laramie just for 1 ½ days. The Laramie Jubilee Days was going on so the streets were very crowded but we were lucky to find parking for Martindale’s. As we walked in, we were greeted by Kevin, a very friendly rodeo clown, and the Jubilee Days Queen and two princesses. A very nice sales lady helped find the perfect hat for my sister. We were in there at least an hour just chatting with the clown and princesses and just looking around. This is mostly a clothing store. Every one was super nice. Stop on by if you are in Laramie.

Really good western store. Cool items and good service. Nice boot selection and sales were going on. Employees were friendly

Prices, friendly sales staff but wouldn’t leave you alone in a nice way. There is a Murdoch’s in town.

Great western store. I tried on several western shirts and the sales person was very helpful. She told me the truth regarding the fit and which colors looked best on me. She wasn’t just trying to sell. The owner is very friendly too.

This store is basic western and unchanging. It has survived discount stores on the ends of town. Stock is traditional western brands. Great leather goods, versatile style, cowboy apparel, etc. A picture, or better still a visit, is worth a thousand words.
These stores don't show up often even in the west today. The only other that comes immediately to mind is F. M. Light in Steamboat Springs.

I visited Laramie for just a day. I was looking for an authentic western store. Luckily, someone pointed me in the right direction describing this store as "you'll smell leather when you walk in the door". They were right. This store has a great selection of cowboy hats. The store owner is very considerate and holds great integrity in her products... She has an enjoyable sense of humor to boot!

My BF loves stopping in at stores that cater to western fashion and this location did not disappoint. It had men, women and children fashion along with western themed home decor.
