Cowboy coaster and alpine coaster and mini golf were great . kids enjoyed those and the maze

Line for trampoline was long and not organized and only 2 minutes to jump is crazy . Need to add 2 or 3 more of these

We bought the pass and didn't get to go do the tree top experience due to the weather however only being open 10-5pm doesn't allow a lot of time to repeat rides if you are waiting in line for each ride for 45 minutes . Way too long to load the rides , need more staff and efficiency

Until they extend the hours I would not recommend the unlimited passes . They were $125 a piece and we only rode $90 worth of rides . For a family of 5 that adds up . Had i known this we would have only purchased the individual rides and would have saved $35 each 😡

This was our 8th winter stay and ski at Snow King. To say we love it is an understatement. This year my 5 year old joined in on the ski and play lessons offered at Snow King Mountain with JonJon as the instructor. He was phenomenal. She was able to ski a blue the last day and that’s amazing for these Georgia residents. I do recommend booking at minimum a month in advance for lessons as they do fill up quickly.

We did the adventure ropes course. We were in a time slot with 18 other people so there was a lot of waiting between obstacles (it took us 4 hours rather than the 3 which we were told it would take)When we called for direction to get there the staff was very vague. We would recommend the gloves. The staff at the start of the course did a nice job explaining the safety features and how the course worked. There were staff along each of the 5 courses but they not as helpful. You are basically left to figure it out on your own. With that being said it was a fun and definitely challenging course. We wished there was a longer zip to finish the corse rather than several small ones. Overall it was a fun excursion.

We rode the Mountain Coaster on a Tuesday. It was fun. Line was short and coaster was smooth and fast. Went back 5 days later and found the exact opposite. Line was an hour wait and the coaster had been slowed down to the point that every 3 seconds the car would automatically brake causing a very slow jerky ride. There are hand brakes that you can use to slow your coaster down should you choose- no need to put on an auto brake. Apparently someone had complained 3 days earlier that the coaster was too fast (it’s a coaster for goodness sake) so management slowed the speed down for everyone. Waste of money and really boring if it’s slowed down. Fun if it’s running at normal speed. Buyer beware- you might want to ask front desk what speed it’s set for before you buy your tickets

My friend and I purchased tickets to the Cowboy Coaster online and were planning on also riding the Alpine slide the same afternoon, if time allowed. (Having never been to Snow King before we weren’t sure of the set up) We arrived, got our tickets inside and prroceeded to the Cowboy Coaster where we were approximately number 7 in line. While waiting in line the group in front of us had about 3 people join them, no big deal. Then a group of about 10 teenagers standing off to the side slid their way into the line in front of us; all part of a large group there that day. I didn’t say anything. The “kids” would then get off of the ride, duck under the railing and go back to the front of the line. The adults of this group had no issues with their kids doing this as one of them was also cutting the line multiple times. When the woman behind me commented on how slow the line was moving I loudly explained it was because the “kids” were riding 3x in a row while we stood there patiently waiting. The ride attendants were clueless as to what was happening. How they didn’t notice the SAME teenagers riding continuously while there was a line I’m not sure.
After waiting 45 minutes for ONE ride on the coaster there was no time for us to do the Alpine Slife. I said something to the attendants and no one really seemed to care. My boyfriend, trying to make me happy, suggested we go back the next day to do the slide. As I told him I had a very poor experience at Snow King and had no desire to return again.
Your ride attendants need to be more aware of the surroundings and ensure the MULTIPLE people cutting the line MULTIPLE times aren’t allowed to do so to ensure ALL your guests have a pleasurable experience.

Overall our stay was great !
We checked in and our rooms view was a wall of snow at the window so they moved us to a room with a great view and a balcony. We appreciated that so much because it was our first time seeing snow and watching the sunrise over the mountains was a beautiful way to start the day.
Gabriel helped us plan out some day trips throughout the week we stayed . He was so helpful and wasn’t worried about just booking us for anything . He really took into consideration what we wanted for our trip and took care of arranging everything which was so helpful on a trip to somewhere you’ve never been .
One of the days we did the snow king wildlife tour , which Gabriel ended up being our tour guide . He was not only a great concierge but an even better guide . He was super knowledgeable and taught us so much about the area and the wildlife throughout . We got some amazing views of the animals such as bison , wolves , a moose , etc . It was a great time .
We ate breakfast at Hayden’s post every morning because it was convenient being able to eat at the resort . They had a great selection for their breakfast buffet . I was a little confused on why they charged for that considering most hotels don’t but that wasn’t a deal breaker .
The hot tub was super nice , wish it was a little hotter but for being in the snow it was relaxing.

Some cons are that we booked here for a couples trip and wanted a spa , which was advertised . We also received a text a few days before advertising the spa , saying to book a massage for our stay . When we got here we see coming soon signs everywhere , which kinda upset us .
Also I’ve never stayed in a hotel room that doesn’t have a microwave . The only microwave is on the first floor in the laundry room which is super inconvenient.

We didn’t take part in the outdoor activities they had on the resort but they seemed fun .

Also the location is great . We were able to walk everywhere and the couple places we couldn’t walk had a free on demand bus service.

The front office staff provided almost no service: 1) After discovering that the Keurig in the room wasn’t working, I reported the problem in person to the front desk. The desk clerk said he would have the Keurig replaced. It wasn’t. 2) I reported the Keurig problem in person because when (repeatedly) I called the front desk extension, no one answered and my call was routed through an automated answering system as if I was calling from outside the hotel. When I selected "O” for operator from the system choices, no one answered. 3) My room was located two stories almost directly above the hot tub / pool area. When I was awakened at 10:30 p.m. by a noisy group in the hot tub, I did succeed in reaching the front desk by selecting “O” from the answering system. To the hotel’s credit, the person did dispatch someone who cleared out the hot tub entirely. My question is: why doesn’t the hotel shut down the hot tub at a certain hour to prevent such problems?

This was really fun! We were in a 37ft RV and it was easy to park (actually we had an easy time all around town finding street parking at the different areas we went). We knew the kids wouldn't love Jackson if we just walked around all day so we wanted to add in something extra fun and this was great. We did the alpine slide and cowboy coaster only and they were super fun. You also get to do the ski lift up to the alpine slide so that felt like a ride on its own. It is a bit pricey but I thought it was worth it. I also liked that their pictures to buy were reasonable ($10 for 1 but $7 each if you buy multiple). Our kids (ages 7 and 9) road the slide on their own but teamed up with us on the coaster.

I do not recommend staying in unit # 2421 during warmer months. This is a 1 bedroom condo at Snow King Resort. I knew when I booked this condo that there was no AC but I did expect to be able to open the windows. None of the windows have screens on them and 2 of the windows were broken so if you opened them there was no way to close them (see pics). So the choice is sleep in an oven or open the windows for bugs, safety issues for children, bugs and sleep in a place were anyone can access your room through the window. The front desk could not even offer a fan! I would never recommend staying here. Even if there were screens, this unit has very worn furniture, a sticky table, dirty lamps and furniture. Maybe other units are better but definitely not this one.

Great location, however room was “okay.” Our shower wouldn’t drain properly and after two to three min of showering your standing in a pool of shower water which was gross.

The restaurant in the lodge was very chilly in the morning- I had to go and grab sweatshirts for the whole family to prevent my daughters from wanting to leave.

The low point of our experience was during breakfast- I ordered the farmhouse Benedict and when the server brought the food out to our table (40’ by the way), one of the eggs completely slid off the plate onto the table from and he fully expected me to eat it (didn’t offer to make a new one and charged me full price).

For the price per night and service we had in the restaurant I will be staying somewhere else next time.
