What a lovely little spa! The menu is limited to massages and facials, and no one in our group had a facial, so can't comment on that part. However we all had massages and loved them. I had a Swedish massage from Kate with an add on rosemary and lavender scalp treatment. Very relaxing, though I must say, despite the... More

Thanks so much for your visit and for your feedback. I'm so glad we were able to add some bliss to your vacation and that you all loved your massages. Thank you for the feedback on the Refresh Scalp Treatment. Although the lavender and rosemary essential oils don't actually have oil (they're essences), the treatment certainly does mess up your... Kate was absolutely one of the best massage therapists I have ever had! I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and would gladly return but a significant limitation of this spa is the lack of changing space/locker facility. While they seem to have a great work-around, it is awkward that, on the second floor, there is one bathroom for the treatment room... More

Thank you so much for your visit. I'm glad we were able to give you one of the best massages ever! I apologize that you experienced a wait for the restroom and hope it didn't impact your experience. The spa has four treatment rooms and two private restrooms with showers. There is no locker room. We try to schedule treatments... More

A friend and I each did a 4-hour Hammam bathhouse ritual spa. Having never done this before we weren't entirely sure what to expect. The treatment included a magnificent facial, body scrub, body polish, tub soak and full massage. It was truly incredible and a great treat!! I would do it again in a heartbeat. Treat yourself!!

Thank you for your feedback, Sandy. I'm so glad you enjoyed your Hammam Bathhouse Rituals. The Japan and Nature Rituals are equally wonderful with completely different scents and textures, but similar treatments. We hope we'll have the pleasure of providing those to you as well! More

I went in for a 90 minute massage and everything was amazing I will definitely go again! It was quite comfortable inside and my therapist Alli really nailed the spots.

I have been to Spa's all over the world yet at the Body Sage Spa I have never been disappointed with my experiences. As a local return patron I have to say it is the best spa in Jackson. I recently had my first 1.5 hour facial with Kelly this week. I normally have good skin but the dry air... More

The spa is in a separate building from the Rusty Parrot Lodge with treatment rooms, but no changing rooms or spa amenities (tea, relaxation room, etc). No real reason to change in to a robe. I had a one hour massage that was good, but not great. The massage therapist (can't remember her name) was very engaging, but perhaps I... More

I had never been to Body Sage Spa, and I have never written a review before of any kind, but I felt inclined to do so after my visit. I have had countless massages at many different establishments, and this massage was definitely one of the best that I have ever had. It's tough to say if it was the... More

Always a pleasure to go to Body Sage. We enjoyed a couples massage (our first) after a long week. We both walked out feeling refreshed and relaxed.

My husband and I periodically get a couples deep tissue massage at the Body Sage. It never fails to cure our various aches from skiing, hiking or general active use of our muscles. I'm always surprised at how effective the massages are and how knowledgeable the therapists are . We no longer consider getting a massage anywhere else -- too... More

My daughter (age 11) and I enjoyed a "couples" massage. It was her first massage and was a bit nervous. Her masseuse, Amanda(I believe) was phonomenol! She took such care to ensure that my daughter was comfortable and enjoyed the whole process. Afterwards, Amanda shared with us some stretches to help with my daughter's backpack-wearing/hunched-over-a-desk achy back. Truly a wonderful... More
