We arrived at the appointed time and were riding g before the scheduled time. Our guide was excellent, he knew the area well. The views were outstanding, we could still see the Tetons from the top. The trail views were beautiful.

This is the most beautiful, scenic, awe inspiring horse ride one could take. Coby Wheeldon, our guide, is fifth generation in this family owned and operated ranch. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, intelligent and expertly guided us all on our horses. My horse, Zero was the easiest horse I've ever ridden. He actually listened to me!!! We all learned so much... Our family of 4 (kids age 8, 10) did the 2 hour trailride & dinner and loved it. The ride is scenic, our guide (Ryan) did a great job and the t-bone dinner was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Mill Iron Ranch is a must for any visit to Jackson! We had a fantastic 4 hour trail ride with Ryan! The scenery is stunning and in June, our ride was full of wildflowers, views of the Snake River, and snow capped mountain peaks. The horses are well cared for and each have such unique personalities. Ask for Ryan! He... More

Our family went on the 2 hour 4pm trail ride with the cookout dinner afterwards while on our vacation in Jackson Hole, Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. While the whole trip was amazing, this evening was a highlight. The ranch staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating, our guide Pete was knowledgable and entertaining, and the scenery along the trail... More

We loved it so much, we returned for a second visit! Our group of 4 women did the 4 hour ride, which (as advertised) is "not for the faint of heart" only because there is a small section that is along the ridge ascending to the top. The views at the top made every second worth it. Our return visit... More

This is a family run business. We took the four hour ride with the 5th generation at the lead, then enjoyed the biggest T-bone steak I have ever had, cooked by the fourth generation (Chancy). The horses were terrific and well cared for, and the ride magnificent. (Note: you will be sore after 4 hours!). Hard to say what the... More

We just got back from the two hour ride followed by a steak dinner. Great experience!!! We are not riders and these horses were great. I thought I might be a little nervous going up the mountain on the horse, but the horses knew exactly what they are doing and our guide Sadie was fantastic. This actually gets to the... More

Amazing and must do. I took my wife and 2 kids , 19&16 to this wonderful place. We travelled up a trail 2,000 ft on a 2 hour trail ride. The length of the ride was about right. You will feel it in your knees and back when done but well worth it. Our guide, cowboy Pete was great. He... More
