Great mtn biking ride

My husband and I rented mountain bikes and did this ride. not too difficult although some decent climbing and long downhills. Beautiful fields of wildflowers and some good views.

We tried this bike route with our 14 and 10 year olds. It was a little difficult riding up the mountain/hill for the 10 year old so we walked most of the way up. It was definitely worth it though for the fun ride back down. Views were beautiful. There is also a single track path that parallels the larger... More

For visitors it is not a hard loop to negotiate, a good day ride, pack a picnic. Fun, flowy trails, views and wilderness. Not a beginner trail, it is a great intermediate trail.

Cache Creek had plenty of trails that offered amazing views of the forest and surrounding mountains. You could go on the well traveled trails or off on more serene and peaceful trails to contemplate nature. I even saw a couple of moose along the creek while hiking. It was beautiful and very good experience.

Love this creek hike. Serves bikers, runners and walkers, and you can easily walk to the trail head if you are staying in town.

I looked at all the things to do in Jackson Hole, I was on a Coach tour and decided that a walk through cache creek would be nice. September in the fall. Walked 2 miles from the car park up the valley, returned along the mountain side. Crossed the car park and through the woods to Snow mountain took 6 hours,... More

You can leave a car at the "trailhead" and return to it if you want, otherwise stash a car at Smith's. We had 7 in our party including hardcore kids. A fun ride was had by all. some mildly steep sections from the pass into Game Creek but soon over and walkable. It was a reasonable trek on blacktop bike... More

We liked that we could pick up the Cache Creek Loop right from town, very convenient for sure. We walked a ways but had to cut it short as the sun was setting. Nice forests, creek and mountain views. Not so crowded in wintertime. Enjoy.....

This is a great trail to experience mountain biking on well maintained moderate trails. There is one short section of Black Diamond that I'm simply not strong enough or skilled enough to ride so I simply wheel my bike up this part. The payoff is a six mile downhill that just goes forever through shoulder high wildflowers. The trail is... More
