The Visitor's Center at Bear River State Park has some of the best (informative) collections of taxidermy that we have ever seen outside of a major museum. The collection is representative of the wildlife found in Wyoming.

Highly recommend this as a stop for weary travelers. We viewed elk and bison - even were lucky to watch baby bison playing and romping. There is a great exhibit of area wildlife in visitor center, clean restrooms, and pet area.
