Amazing collections, outstanding art, and the gun collection is special. The layout of the museum is easy to follow and the exhibits are well done. Best time to go is during the ART Show late September.

I never thought I'd say this BUT this is one helluva museum. Quality gift shop, quality exhibits. Not to mention a free chuckwagon food sample out front. Worth the price of admission.

Spent three enjoyable hours there. Lots of information on western history. Many displays of wildlife from grizzlies, mountain lions to wolves. On going films of Buffalo Bill and his entertainers who traveled the world . Also spent time looking at Indian displays.

This place has something for everyone at every age. I loved the art collection. My son and husband both loved the Natural History Museum. This is a must stop place and I rarely make that recommendation.

These series of museums are a tribute to the American West. On my second visit, I found more than the first. Spend time to visit each location.

We visited whilst staying in Cody and spent nearly 5 hours totally enthralled in all the information and exhibits they have, most of which are brilliantly displayed (especially those in the various levels of the wildlife section).

There is an admission price which you can find on their website. It is well worth it. This place is definitely worth a visit.
