This museum has five sections, and you need at least two days to see it all. The fine art section is world class. The firearms museum is the best I have seen in the world, and having traveled internationally that is saying something. Amazing firearms collection, my husband spent two days there. We need to come back to see the... More

Large museum with a lot of history. See Teddy Roosevelts saddle, a huge collection of firearms, memorabilia from The Wild West Show including posters, regalia and so much more

Very nice western museum. Many western and some historic guns (rifles and pistols). You will not see more rifles than this place! The William Cody past of the museum was well put together along with the Plains Indians section. We were there for 3 hours and did not see the paintings nor the natural museum of plants and animals of... More

Your ticket is good for 2 days and you may well need 2 days to see everything in this 5-in-1 museum complex. Well worth the admission price. Something for everyone.

Best thing in the city was clearly this museum. There is just so much to do and see thats related to the west and the time period, mostly relics and original antiques as well as some wonderful pieces of artworks. The original firearms and artifacts from the lives of these famous people were unique and the museum was laid out... More

A good way to start on the east side of Yellowstone and get a sense of the area and history. It helped us get our bearings before spending a week in Yellowstone. If you linger at each exhibit it will take a couple hours.

Wonderful place. Did not get to see it all. Loved all the original paintings. Great staff help us decide what to see in 3 hours. He was very informative. Lots of things for kids to do. Liked the audio tour in the paintings section the best.

Never get tired of taking family or friends to the Bill. With 5 museums under one roof, and admission good for 2 days, it is a worthwhile expense. My favorite is the Draper Natural History Museum. For gun fans the Remingion Arms is incredible, for history buffs the Plains Indian and Bill Cody museums are great, as is the Whitney... More

Very well organized layout. There is something for everyone at the Buffalo Bill Cody Museum. My favorite exhibit was the plains indians exhibit. The dwellings were very life-like and information was accurate.
