This museum gives extensive history about Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show. The Firearms Collection is outstanding. There are 7000 firearms on display. I saw several firearms that I had not seen in any other museum. Very interesting. Plan to spend on full day maybe two.

Lots of displays of firearms that played a part in all of our history starting with the Revolutionary War. There were specific displays for each of the firearms manufacturers. I especially liked the log cabin display of Theodore Roosevelt.

The breadth and depth of this museum will surprise you. Not only does it uses firearms but there is an exhibit of an arms factory. Not only does it span hundreds of years it has specialty fire arms on display.
