Hotel recommended I walk down to see the gunfight on the side street by the Irma hotel at 6pm. Paid the $2 to sit in the middle front row. Free to stand on the sides. Lasted about 40 minutes. The first half was plugging local...More

Hey, we were on vacation out west so it was the thing to do. Now if we had to pay for it, that would be a different story, but it was Free.

My husband enjoys the old western shows and he got a laugh out of this show. I was not too impressed. It was hard to hear and the story line was lacking. I agree with a previous poster that you would expect more since this...More

Goodness this was shockingly bad but could have been so good. Maybe its the end of the summer so they are winding down. It seemed more like the ‘actors’ were having private jokes between themselves than a show.

The best attractions in Cody at the Buffalo Bill Center and the Night Rodeo. BUT, put your patience face on and go to the Irma Hotel (owned by Buffalo Bill) and view the Cody Gunfighters. They are fun but unpolished. The script follows a vague...More

Yes, it is hokey and yes it has long introductions, but the eyes and smiles of my grandson made this very worthwhile. I recommend paying the $2pp for the seats as you get close to the action and one of the gunslingers even came up...More

After the long winded introduction of thanking all the sponsors. The show starts. Terrible sound quality, you can only hear a few words mixed in with feedback. A mish mash of recognizable characters from the west with no plot. Poor acting right outside the Irma...More

One would think that as this is done daily, the actors could remember their lines. Maybe ad libbing is encouraged. But this was just awful. Luckily you can grab a table at the bar on the patio to watch and enjoy yourself there while you...More
