My group did this as a work team building activity and we had a blast! Regrettably we did not solve the room, but everyone enjoyed themselves and had fun. The Clued In room had enough moving parts, so to speak, to keep all 9 of us engaged. Afterwards, there was discussion of returning to try the other rooms and I would look forward to it! Thanks for accommodating us!

The locks in the room were either put on backwards or did not work. This caused us to spend half the time fighting with the locks. We were almost done with the room when we ran into a problem the next clue. We had to shine a UV light on an object to get the code to move one. Number one, the light they gave us DID NOT WORK. Number 2, the chemical they applied to make the items glow DID NOT GLOW. When the employee that came to get us, she told us “if we used common sense we could have finished the clue” and “well you just have bad eyes sight”. She was very rude and talked down to us. By far, this is the worst escape room I have been to. Was not worth the almost $60 for two people.

The puzzle was all locks. Locks, locks, locks. Several of them didn’t work correctly (got stuck or were positioned backwards). We have done several escape rooms and were quite disappointed with this experience. I would not recommend ....

I have done many escape rooms with my wife and friends, all in Colorado, however my wife and I just moved to Wyoming and wanted to check out the escape room that Cheyenne has to offer. First we did Clued In, and it was a very good room with some tough puzzles and lots of challenge. We got out with 26 seconds remaining. I took some friends who had never been to an escape room before and they all loved it and have already talked about going back. I am looking forward to going back and doing the other rooms. The only negative thing I have to say is that because of the locations owner the escape room team are not allowed to really change what the rooms look like so the rooms just look like a regular home for the most part, where other escape rooms have more of a immersion feeling when it comes to the atmosphere of the theme you are experiencing. This one does lack that immersion. But that is just an aesthetic feel, the puzzles were top notch just as good or better then some other rooms. Highly recommend especially if you don't want to make the drive to Fort Collins or Denver. The cost is right on point with other escape rooms. Though a groupon or living social deal every now and again would not go amiss in my opinion.

Despite not making it out of the room, our group of 6 had a blast. I recommend trying 'The Curse of the Undead' - it's a challenge, but you're sure to experience great fun.
