I took my family to this planetarium - 9 people ranging in ages from 9 years to 79 years and everyone loved it. The price is incredible for what you get. The program we went for was only about 30 minutes long, but a staff...More

Small facility, but well-planned exhibits and excellent full-dome projection of solar system of 'our' galaxy...and well beyond...a compact version of New York City's famed Hayden Planetarium...and with an impressive junior version (HS age) of Neil DeGrasse Tyson as operator & narrator. Good for older kids...More

A little off the beaten path but very much worth it, especially if you have kids. It is owned by the school district, of all things, and is one of only three planetariums in the entire state! Admission is very reasonable, and the shows are...More

If you have extra time and kids who are interested in science and astronomy it's worth a visit. The best part was not the show they had running, but the exhibits you can visit before the show starts. It's small, so make sure if you...More

I enjoy going to the shows here to learn more about our universe. The seating allows a great view of the dome, and there are interactive exhibits all around the lobby.

Let's start by admitting that it's sort of impressive that a town like Caspar would even have a planetarium. Having said that, their planetarium projects a fuzzy image on a very small ceiling, and the eclipse-centered show was mundane. OK, we're science geeks so maybe...More

Crowded because of the impending eclipse but full of very excited kids which was a good sign that it was doing a good job. The staff was friendly but the place needs to be spruced up a bit. The seats were uncomfortable for tall people...More

The hallways were filled with some interesting objects, experiments, and things to do and see. The most enjoyable was the presentation about a solar eclipse. Might have to stop back in Casper in August to see a total eclipse.
