Cold Premises - But Worth The Visit
Nov 2021
My first ever visit:

Tuesday morning (2nd Nov) 10;45am and it was cold - heating kicked on at around 12 (not sure if that was a timer or just temperature dropping further? I had a 2nd child (3 month old, which I had to keep her snowsuit on as it was so cold).

On a positive note:
The staff were friendly and although there was only 6 kids in the place, the staff were vigilant and cleared my table with politeness.

The facility was clean and seemed to be well maintained.

The toilets, which is every parents mark of cleanliness was very clean and bright with baby changing areas - very impressed!

I can imagine this place having some real issues with parking (when busy), which is a shame but I guess no fault of the owners, and one must be mindful of this when visiting.

I shall certainly return to this facility (but only after 12 during the winter, if if continues to be so cold).

We were here for a birthday party the first softplay my kids had been too since lockdown it was so unorganised I would go as far as to say it was shambles !! the kids had a ball but it was very poorly organised clearly no communication between staff we cleared our own tables of rubbish and empty bottles and in the whole 2 hours I was there not a single table was cleaned not good enough in the middle of a pandemic I’m afraid I felt there should have been strict hygiene measures in place in fact there appeared to be none what so ever we won’t be back that’s for sure ! They are also very very slow in the cafe area waited nearly 20 mins just for a slush puppie

Awful car park attendant shouting at me after another driver cut me up.
Aug 2021
The soft play is good; the kids had fun but the staff seem in need of some training at the little coffee area as it was a very long wait time. One would take your order and tell you that it would be made by the other staff member, but they didn't pass the order on so you're just standing there waiting while staff continue serving other people and you have to remind them that you're waiting.

The car park attendant (older man) was also really quite rude and aggressive. I was leaving, and had parked at the top on the left side. I reversed out the space, angled slightly so I could turn and drive straight down the left lane to the exit. A car had been waiting in the middle of the carpark for the space, but as i started to proceed down the left lane, that car tried to cut across me to get into the space. There was nowhere else for me to go, I was at the end of the carpark so couldn't reverse. She had to reverse to let me clear the space, and then she drove into it. The car park attendant started screaming at my car, telling me that was my fault. How? I was in the left lane, a car tried to cut across me to get into a space I hadn't even driven away from. And your attendant comes shouting at me? After being cut up by another car, I don't need a male attendant shouting at me. He backs down pretty quickly when I challenged him, but he really isn't the best choice for working in a soft play car park. It actually really unnerved me and I won't be going back.

Good soft play, car park needs attention.
Aug 2021 • Family
This is a great soft play and staff are fantastic. However we took our grandson today as a birthday treat. We weren't allowed to take in helium balloons inside, couldn't light the candles on his birthday cake and the car park is shocking. But he had a great time and staff very friendly.

Birthday Party, Staff were Fantastic
Feb 2020
We visited again as we had arranged our Grandson's birthday party here. Fantastic from start to finish. The staff were second to none, the facilities were clean and safe, with lots to do. To add to this as always the food was great quality and well priced. Not your normal soft play food. The choice and quality are fantastic and the portion sizes even better. Our Grandson had a super time, the children never stopped except for food and drinks. We would recommend this place for a normal visit and/or a birthday party.

Good softplay
Jan 2020 • Family
As a childminder this place is great for the kids as it has a good size bit for babies and the bigger bit for older ones so everyones happy. They also have started selling some vegan brownies which is great as not alot of softplay have any alternatives available. Although the food in general I feel isn't great. Kids never eat their meals when I buy them so I no longer do and I feel maybe introducing a packed lunch style sandwich deal would b a good idea. Also a can of juice £1.20 is a bit much. So good play areas kitchen side not so good.

Attended a birthday party with my youngest son on Saturday. That evening he had sore head, sickness etc. Now today, I've taken him to my local pharmacy to discover he's contracted hand foot and mouth disease. Also, the kitchen "manager" needs to attend some health and safety course because sitting hot drinks right in front of small kids faces isn't exactly safe. The top of the play apparatus was in dire need of a good clean, too. Place looks great but highly disappointed.

Fab for a fearless two year old and her wee sister
Sep 2019 • Family
Having read the reviews on here I wasn’t sure what to expect however for £7.95 and lunch included it was a fun filled time for my 2YO and 1YO. This price included access to the bigger play area which my two year old loved however she was fearless and just wanted to go on the slides no matter how much climbing involved. Her wee sister enjoyed the little play area as well as some aspects of the big area. Lunch included was the usual stuff: chicken nuggets, pizza, fish fingers etc but that was fine for what was paid. Would go again as they had a ball. Not sure how much fun an older child would have, think the eldest I came across was 6 but he seemed to be having a ball too. If you just want the small play area it was £3.95 for that and lunch.

Pricey but fun
May 2019 • Family
We have been many times to dinom8. I used to take little man once a week when I was on mat leave.
We go less frequently now as it can get very busy and also it feels quite pricey.
Not all the electronics were working at our last visit but everything else was fine. It’s always been spotless and the little man has never gotten ill after visiting (even playing in the ball pool) so I’ve always been happy about that.
No one bats an eye if you go on the frame with your little one, and the slide if you’re wearing something like leggings means you fly down it!
Lots of fun but we always end up spending a fortune on tea, ice blasts and snacks!
