Not bad at all

Not the most exhilarating time ever but definitely worth the money. The zombies come at you and they do a good job of dying. Well worth my time and money.

Ready for the zombie apocalypse
Jul 2018 • Friends
My husband brought me here as a surprise for my 50th B-day! This was awesome!!! It is laser tag with real live zombies. I went through 2 times and the 2nd time was even scarier!!! Not for the young, or anyone that scares easily. My niece was going to go through with us the 2nd time, but she got too scared before we even entered. And As some else posted, there is no return of $. But you do get it for half off on your second time through. If you love zombies, and want to get an idea of the apocalypse, you need to go here!

Unique Experience

What a cool idea and twist on laser tag. I brought my husband and two kids, ages 13 and 11 into the building. I was a little nervous it might be too scary for the 11 year old but she said she loved it afterward. The live actors did a great job and they are far enough away that you never feel truly threatened, maybe just jumpy when they come around a corner. The weapons are weighted so they feel more real - not cheap lightweight plastic. This adds to the ambiance. The amount of ammo provided was more than sufficient for the experience when you use the single shot feature as we all had leftover ammo.

First person through seems to get better targets as they enter rooms first and can fire first. Person in back may have the hardest job as the zombies can reanimate after a certain number of seconds. Our last man ended up getting “bit” a lot because of this I believe. I think 2-3 people would be ideal going through since the target opportunities would be a bit more equal, but my group of 4 still had a great time.

Overall it was very interesting and something my family had never seen before. It was listed in the top three favorite activities of our vacation by both my kids - and we did A LOT of stuff. I wish it had been longer, but they used the building as best they could. Maybe someday they will have a larger complex and I’ll be back for sure!

Happy kids

My boys are 14 and 11 and into anything zombie-related. This was right in their wheelhouse. The 11 year old was a little freaked out, but still loved it. May have been the best moment of the 14 year old's life! Staff was very helpful.

Fun but beware no returns on $$$ --- Even if you haven't entered the kill door yet!!! :-( !!!

We visited this place over the weekend, all of us suited up and before we entered the 'Kill Door' one of the boys had 'Sensory' issues and backed out before entering, the staff there would not return his money back!!!! Very sad indeed....
Now understanding its a business but not even entering the area yet, give me a break!!!! The staff could have at least taken the boys payment and offered the option for 1 other to go again no charge or something to that extent.

This wassuch a rush! We got the cheapest package because you get the same amount of ammunition in all packages. The guns are heavy so it was very realistic. We went through a second time because it was half off and they totally changed it up. It scary so I agree with the other reviews. I would not take kids. The only thing is some say no more than 4 but I don't see how more than 2 would work. The walk ways are skinny and they come at you from the front and back so the people in the middle would not get a lot of shots in. 2 was perfect. Don't be afraid to shoot. The first round I ended up with a lot of ammunition left the second I beat my hubby and used up all my ammo. If you are a fan if walking dead this is a must do.

Felt like my money was stolen

I checked this out with my son. We were told it was well lit and he should be ok. After we paid my son decided he didn't want to do it. Even though we didn't take a step inside they said they could refund our money. We were told if they scared young kids they are doing their job and should keep our money. Not a good customer experience for us.

If you love the walking dead, this is for you! We were 4 adults and 2 teens. We had a great time! Lots of screams, laughs, and some "f " bombs (couldn't be helped). This attraction allowed up to a group of 5, but since there were 6, they broke us into two groups of 3. We felt this was the perfect number and feel that 4 may be too many at one time.

There is no age restriction but I don't feel that it's for young children unless they are ok in a haunted house like setting.

Attraction takes 10-15 min and we felt it was worth every penny. Something we will remember & laugh about for a long while.

There are coupons available in the travel brochures found all over the city.

New twist on laser tag, but can be overwhelming
Aug 2017 • Couples
My girlfriend and I thought this would be something fun and different to do in the dells. We are both inexperienced when it comes to laser tag and needed some instruction to get through the course. They teach you how to use the guns before you head in, but it was so quick that it was hard to remember what to do. Also, their little practice area at the beginning of the course was short lived. I would have preferred more detailed instruction so that we would have felt more comfortable and confident going in. Not to mention that the employee that trained us and walked us through the scenario was less than thrilled to be helping us and was visibly bored and sighing. It wasn't a good start to our experience. To be fair, he was probably just sick of training people every 15 minutes and repeating the same scenario over and over again all day long. Anyways, the actual course was well decorated and the actors did a good job playing zombies. Also, the various bells/whistles/lights meant as distractions made it more exhilarating and heart pounding to participate. Luckily, the zombies can't touch you; they only walk towards you. Unfortunately, there was a lot going on and zombies coming from all directions. My girlfriend actually ended up having a panic attack mid way through the course and we had to exit early. She didn't realize how intense the experience was going to be and how it could be a trigger for some people. She felt ill prepared and unable to protect herself or me despite it being a fake scenario. It was just too real and upsetting for her. Nonetheless, this activity could potentially be a lot of fun for the right participants. However, be warned, it might not be best suited for trauma survivors, past military personal, and those that are easily scared. My recommendation is to do some research and fully understand the activity before participating. If it is something that seems like fun and won't freak you out, then I would definitely recommend trying it. It is a new, fun twist on laser tag and something different to do in the dells. Even though our experience wasn't the best, I see the potential and fun factor in the activity and think it could be a great attraction for the right people with a little bit of research before hand and some minor improvements by the staff.

Awesome time! READ THIS POST FOR TIPS!
Aug 2017 • Friends
Our group of 6 went and we split into two teams of 3, which worked great! We had a BLAST! It was so much fun and the girls were feeling the adrenaline! Here are the ways to maximize your fun here.
#1 - TAKE YOUR TIME. Do not run through the whole course! This was the girls team biggest regret, as they ran through most of the experience and therefore it was super short. Take your time in each location.
#2 - FIRE AWAY. Conserve your ammo but also don't only shoot when its a guaranteed kill. Some members had way too much ammo left at the end and accuracy does not factor into the scoring that much.
#3 - Kills = High Score. Kills are ranked highest when it comes to scoring. Accuracy, bites, and kill streaks are honestly not that important so go for the head shots and lots of them!
#4 - Small groups are best! I think 4 is about the maximum size you would want in a group. The areas are fairly small and 5 would be too many, if you have a group of 5 or 6 split it into 2 groups and you will have more fun.
