We have 2 girls ages 2 1/2 and 4. They both LOVED the roaming deer, goats, lemurs, emu, yaks, different species of deer, etc. It was very entertaining to see the deer eating out of their hands! They keep talking about how much fun they...More

My 1 1/2 year old daughter loved feeding the animals. Most of the animals just walked up to visit us. It was a nice park with a very friendly staff.

I have a 2 year old and was worried about her fingers getting nibbled. The deer were very gentle and allowed her to pet them. The deer did look at little rough but maybe it is just them time of year. Overall good time!

The deer are so sweet. They don't swarm like you think they would. Just a few at a time. Some also just come up to say hello and get some petting. The staff isn't exactly friendly or attentive to guest but the deer are the...More

This is a large nature preserve with several types of deer and various other animals, including bison, emus, and goats. It's cool to get close to the deer to feed and pet them. It seemed a little expensive though, as it cost $50 for 2...More

Our entire family decided that this was the best part of the trip. Seriously, you can go down water slides all day long... but how often do you have live deer feeding out of your hand? This place features many different types of deer and...More

Definitely would recommend going the second half of the day when the deer start moving! We all had a blast feeding the deer and the other animals. Also, do buy the prepackaged food. Very much worth the price!!!

^^^ Agree, about two hours. You can stay as long as you want though. If the weather is really nice when you go, the deer will be more active than when it's really hot.

No. There are wide, paved paths through the park that are easy to run a wheelchair on if you aren't able to walk.

Adults are $14 each, so me and my hubby $28. I gave $2.00 for cracked corn and $30. was gone just like that. That is rather steep for just wandering and looking at animals. I think 10. per child is steep also. A family with... More
