As much as I loved the arcade as a kid, I don’t remember it being so pricey! But they all are these days. My kids had a blast and that is the important thing. The games were in good condition and the prizes were decent. The claw machines were very light and a lot of the prizes were purposely placed against the wall of the machines for obvious reasons. I get you need to make it hard but that was dumb. Better than Tom Foolery’s, if you’re trying to decide between the two.

Family of six here. Had a REALLY bad experience here. We looked up the place online and saw a bunch of things to do and packaged deals that caught our eye. Thing is, when we got to the location the information listed on the web DID NOT MATCH IN STORE PRICING!! Packages were different, prices were different, and even the in-store signage contradicted itself. We brought this up to the person working the desk and they made it VERY clear that they did not care at all. We asked for a manager who came and immediately became sarcastic and rude to my wife! In front of many guests no less! When we asked why the in-store signage did not include all the information about what was excluded she said, “well, I can’t include everything that’s excluded on the sign now can I?” When we asked if we could at least take advantage of the military discount that the website advertised-that states it’s valid on anything activity-she completely dismissed us and said, “well we don’t apply that discount to a lot of the packages”. Hands down the worst customer service experience I have received in a very long time. We were willing to spend a significant amount of money with them but I fully intend to find out who owns this facility and not give my business to any of their properties. Do not waste your time. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!

Hi David- All of our prices and information listed online are the same as in our facility. If you have found a discrepancy I apologize, we can get that fixed right away! Please email sales@dellsknuckleheads.com with details. We are very happy to honor our military discount, as the website says it is "good for all military members and their immediate families". If you would like a detailed list of which passes are included we would be more than happy to provide that information for you. As listed on our website and at our facility, discounts cannot be applied to our arcade packages as they are already discounted.

My grandkids (9, 5, 4) really enjoyed this place and did not want to leave!! I like that the games allow them to bank ALOT of tickets and they were able to get some cool stuff! They all got to go on the go-karts, roller coaster, and we really enjoyed the 4D experience! Great place to visit for a break from all of the waterparks.

We have little children. Ages 2-5. While our 5 yr old can jump on her own and do her own thing. We were constantly being told by the staff only two people per trampoline when mom and youngest were jumping together. When the crew change over occurred we would get reminded again “one person, per trampoline” “ok we get it”. “Unless you want to chase 2yr old hyper child around the trampolines, calm down and let me be a parent.” Probably won’t be coming back...

Hi James- I apologize your day was not as fun as expected, but I assure you our employees are doing their jobs for your family's benefit. The rules in our trampoline park are in place for the safety of the children, and are enforced in order to keep kids from being injured. We do not allow two people in a square because the "bouce-back" of the trampoline from one person to the other can cause injury very easily, ESPECIALLY to young children. We do our best to follow all guidelines put in place by the International Association of Trampoline Parks. If you have any further questions on why we have certain rules please feel free to reach out. We are more than willing to speak to you about your concerns! sales@dellsknuckleheads.com
