The place is fun and has a lot to offer. The problem is there is a mask requirement and they do not enforce it. When we 1st arrived there were only about 20 people there and everyone was wearing a mask. By the time we left there were hundreds of people and at least 1/3 of the people there were not wearing a mask. We are at the height of the Covid season so if you value your children's health do not take them here regardless of the fun activities they offer . If they begin to enforce the mask requirement than I would reconsider returning.

We agree that Knuckleheads is fun and we have lots to offer all age groups! All of our employees are properly wearing masks 100% of the time. We do have signs and information posted regarding the current mask mandate and encourage all customers to follow. As per the mandate, there are age and medical exemptions that may apply to our customers. We hope to see you again in the future.

Great place for kids and teens! Age appropriate rides, wristband that includes most rides, and nice bar ambiance. Our hotel provided free wristbands for the duration of our stay and it was completely worth it! My kids loved the ropes course, tornado ride, train, jumping pillow, and more! Not too busy and (nearly) everyone was wearing mask.

Anne was a terrific ride operator, reassuring my daughter that she would stop the tornado ride if she became frightened. Three rides later and I would say she did her job very well!

Our kids are 7,6 and 3. We just got the all day airheads pass and they had A LOT of fun. we did about an hour of the arcade games and they were still age appropriate. Wally and Anne were great with the kids. It'll still be a good place to go when the kids get a little older and can ride more of the rides.

It is pretty big inside. Lots to do. There is a train ride, trampoline park, VR game, bumper cars and arcade games. Prices are a bit high. Go to the desk to pay and points/credits go on a card that you use. Some games give out tickets, and you can turn in the tickets for prizes.
My son and his friend enjoyed the VR (virtual reality) game.
If you want to use the trampoline stuff you have to get the special grip socks. Socks cost $3 (I think you could bring some you already have like from Sky Zone or somewhere)
There are coupons in the Dells brochures and books that are all over, like in restaurants, stores, etc. by the doors. We used a $2.00 off coupon for the VR Game. There are also all day wristband coupons available in those books and brochures.

It is expensive to go here and you need a lot of tickets to get prizes but overall it's fun.
Like other people mentioned, my husband and I enjoyed the Wizard Of Oz game that pushes coins and cards out.

The back of the building looks like a bar. There is actually a bowling alley and trampoline park back there. You pay for the bowling right near the lanes at the bar.

As much as I loved the arcade as a kid, I don’t remember it being so pricey! But they all are these days. My kids had a blast and that is the important thing. The games were in good condition and the prizes were decent. The claw machines were very light and a lot of the prizes were purposely placed against the wall of the machines for obvious reasons. I get you need to make it hard but that was dumb. Better than Tom Foolery’s, if you’re trying to decide between the two.

Went several years ago so decided to go back. Place has went downhill and real tourist trap. $35 wristband doesn’t include trampoline or bowling. Much better and unique ways to spend your money and time.

We apologize that your recent experience wasn't as great as your first experience. Pricing for our attractions is all posted on our website, and it indicates what is included with our $35 wristbands. While you're right that it doesn't include trampoline or bowling, it does include: Go-Karts, Ropes Course, Roller Coaster, Bumper Cars, XD Dark Ride, Flying Tigers, and Jumping Pillow...and you get all-day access for that price, which, is a pretty good deal.

My kids(2 & 13) enjoyed the games. Games are about 4-8 credits. I would guess that comes out to about $1.50-$2 per game. There were no games out of order. Credits go VERY quickly. We bought $50 worth and it was used with 30 min. Plan to spend lots or money if you plan on spending lots or time. I would say it’s great for a quick visit.

The website was misleading about the trampoline part of the place. We brought 3 teenagers and when we showed up basically they have a small area to jump full of small children. No kids are allowed to flip. Do not purchase just the trampoline package with older children.

I apologize that you had a disappointing experience with our trampoline park. Due to the size of our trampoline park, there are rules in place and posted (such as no flips) for safety reasons. We hope you come back and try the other areas of Knuckleheads that I know the teenagers will love.

This facility was overcrowded and understaffed. If you walk in and see any lines, don't bother buying a wristband. We powered through the wait and the lines, and we were excited to try the go-carts. But we were turned away at that line, because the one employee working it needed to leave and go work at the ropes course. (Which also sat empty.)

It looks like it could be fun, if they had better staffing. We gave up and left.

Also, if you are looking for COVID precautions, I wouldn't even walk in the door.

I am sorry you did not have a 5-star experience, Joan. Our ride schedules are posted at all of our attractions that do follow a schedule. While it is posted for all to see, we will work on communicating that better with our customers. All of our employees are properly wearing masks 100% of the time. We do have signs and information posted regarding the current mask mandate and encourage all customers to follow. As per the mandate, there are age and medical exemptions that may apply to our customers. All of our rides are cleaned between every group of customers. We also fog our entire building regularly with COVID19 killing solutions. Please reach out to sales@dellsknuckleheads.com with any further comments you wish to share.

We have little children. Ages 2-5. While our 5 yr old can jump on her own and do her own thing. We were constantly being told by the staff only two people per trampoline when mom and youngest were jumping together. When the crew change over occurred we would get reminded again “one person, per trampoline” “ok we get it”. “Unless you want to chase 2yr old hyper child around the trampolines, calm down and let me be a parent.” Probably won’t be coming back...

Hi James- I apologize your day was not as fun as expected, but I assure you our employees are doing their jobs for your family's benefit. The rules in our trampoline park are in place for the safety of the children, and are enforced in order to keep kids from being injured. We do not allow two people in a square because the "bouce-back" of the trampoline from one person to the other can cause injury very easily, ESPECIALLY to young children. We do our best to follow all guidelines put in place by the International Association of Trampoline Parks. If you have any further questions on why we have certain rules please feel free to reach out. We are more than willing to speak to you about your concerns! sales@dellsknuckleheads.com
