Fun ride!

Fun time. Beautiful scenery. We took both the upper and lower jet boat Dell tours. We got wet on both! Lots of fun. Tour guides were nice and knowledgeable.

Must do for Dells trip

This is a must do for a Wisconsin Dells trip! I went with my 2 teenage children and my 7 year old, and they said it was the best part of our trip! I agree. We had Brooke as a driver and he was hilarious, and filled with facts. Witches Gulch is a one of a kind experience, I have seen nothing like it anywhere. I give the tour and Brooke as many stars as possible. We laughed and smiled the entire time!

It's wet. Like dripping, soaking, everywhere wet. You get warned about this when you buy the tickets, when you board, when it starts. Yet I didn't believe it until I was dripping. Wear swimwear.

Worth it one time

Worth it at least one time. You get to see the Wisconsin River dells in a very exciting fashion. Prepare to go fast, spin, stop, and get wet. Definitely worth it one time. I would NOT say it's awesome, but I'd say it was memorable.

This is a MUST-DO

We had an excellent time on the lower dells jet boat tour. Troy was our captain and he did an amazing job. Our ride was exactly what we were looking for, FUN!!! He gave the guided part of the tour as needed but did not let it detract from the thrill ride portion of the tour. There was not a lack of "boating maneuvers" which is just what we were looking for on a jet boat tour. We had a blast. If you do not want to get soaked or want your grandmas Sunday cruise tour this is not the ride for you.

Highlight of our Dells trip

We made reservations for 40. The weather didn’t cooperate so we decided to go another day. They were very accommodating, even when our group dropped to 22 and we changed times due to a baseball tournament. It was quite a discount for a group as well, which is greatly appreciated!

They had saved a bigger, “faster” boat for our group so that was great as well. We all had an amazing time. Luke on the Condor was so fun! We got some history on the area; and the stop at Witches Gulch was a bonus.

You will get SOAKED! Wet isn’t an accurate enough word for how much water gets in that boat! We had 10 teens and they each have said it was their favorite part of this trip!

A MUST when visiting Wis Dells

Our family of 10 had the BEST time on the jet boat tour. The driver (I forget his name) was an extremely talent navigator. We are experienced boaters and we were very impressed and entertained.

Fun, Fast, Great views, Wet

Our captain Tony was awesome!
Tony was very experienced and professional, he was able to take us beyond some points most drivers couldn't. He soaked us good with turns and fast breaking all while keeping us safe. Tour was at various speeds. We had a blast!
We have gone on these every time we visit the Dells over the past 25 years. Recommend for All ages.

Unenthusiastic and unprofessional staff

Cannot think of a more indifferent, passive-aggressive and utterly uncaring customer service experience. To start, we asked when the next boat might arrive as we had children in tow and wanted have an idea how long we’d wait. The reply from the man stationing the hut said, ‘When the next boat arrives.’ Of course that was unhelpful and insulting. This is not an inexpensive ride but more importantly we all had such enthusiasm for it and those expectations were immediately dashed.
