Time will vary a bit based on how quickly your group of 4 adults play as well as how quick and/or slow the group(s) in front of you play. Assuming that your not rushing through or skipping holes, so you'd be spending a few minute playing through each hole. I would say you're looking at a little less than an hour per 18 holes, which would be about three minutes playing each individual hole. So a few hours to play all 91 holes (i.e., 4+ hours depending on how quickly things move along).

Depends on how many course you play. For a single course it was 7.50/person. There is a discount if you play 3 or more, I believe its something like 19$ for 3 courses/person.
