Skied Granite Peak as a kid, when it was just called Rib Mountain. Now all grown up, I’ve been a season pass holder for the past 6 years. The hill has improved vastly since my youth. Three high-speed quads give you access to to the...More

Smaller runs than others I've seen but does have courses for all skill levels. The resort has all the amenities of other resorts to meet the needs of its patrons.

Outstanding facilities!!!!!! Comfy, warmish high speed lifts, many runs, huge jumps and snowboarding terrain (we are skiers though). Only downfall is that the majority of the runs are for advanced skiers and grooming is an issue with the heavy traffic this hill gets. I've skied...More

Great time to see the fall colors and spend time with some friends. We to the ski lift too the top of Granite Peak. After that we wandered around the park and did some exploring and picture taking.

Best terrain in Midwest. Steep runs up top level out to long run outs below. Could use additional beginner terrain but that should be coming as resort adds additional runs in the West over the next few years. Improved snow making capacity has resulted in...More

We enjoyed our visit to granite peak for some spring skiing. We found the amenities and staff to be nice. The snow conditions were good considering this was late March. The food choices and quality could be addressed. Overall, a great last minute getaway.

Granite Peak has always been a great ski area. The lift lines move quickly and the high speed lifts are a plus! The amount of terrain they have is hard to come by in the Midwest. Would recommend!

Really can’t say enough about this place. Super nice staff, nice easy runs for beginners and some big ones for the intermediates! Everything from renting boots/skis to getting lift tickets was easy! We will be back!
