Took a Stand Up Paddle Board Glow Tour at night with friends and our high school aged kids. It was amazing. Will, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about the area, the lakes and the wildlife. It was an experience we'll never forget!

What an awesome experience. They were there when they said they would be to pick us up and take us up river. The kayaks, life jackets, and paddles were in excellent condition. The driver was quick to get us going and even jumped into the river to assist us getting into the kayaks. The river was beautiful but there are a lot of down trees and rocks exposed that you will need to maneuver around. We did get hung up and two of the kayakers did flip their kayaks going over trees. (Thankfully phones were in dry containers. The driver was back at Shadow Lake as expected to retrieve the kayaks from us. Overall an awesome experience and would highly recommend. The trip was to take anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours and we slowly drifted and it took us a little over 3 hours. It was so relaxing.

Went kayaking on the Crystal River with kids ages13.& 15. Beautiful day. The river was great for us novices- it challenged us a little with downed trees to weave around, but we figured it out and did just fine. I was afraid I’d miss the turn to Shadow Lake, but it was easy to read the sign. Fun!

Some sort of parking scam going on. They tow your vehicle to another lot and charge you $135 to retrieve. We were there on a crappy rainy day parked in lot across the street #2 many spots available. With a Disability tag hanging in window. Shame on them! BE CAUTIOUS!

Rented a pontoon for my wife’s birthday. Took the family out and cruised around the Chain.
Folks were really nice and very helpful. Boat was clean and ready when we got there. Will definitely rent from them again.

This is a small town shop that has a nice selection of bikes, kayaks, SUPs and outdoor equipment. The best part about it is the customer service. The owner is personable, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Prices compete with the big box stores the difference is you get to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about before you buy! Highly recommend.

My husband and I booked a kayak trip on the Crystal River through Adventure Outfitters. The staff was knowledgeable and the equipment was in excellent condition. They drop you 5 miles of paddling from your car, so when you are done with your adventure they collect the gear and you are free to continue your day in Waupaca. I highly recommend this trip!

Went last week to check out kayaks. With their new shop right on the Chain I was able to test paddle several models and then decide. That was so incredibly helpful. I even got a FREE paddle from their special event. Thank you so much for answering all my rookie questions! Always great to support local businesses. Thanks again to Tim, Chad, Will and Candy.

We made a last minute decision to go kayaking. In spite of most of the employees having the day off, they found someone to help. They brought all the equipment to the landing and gave great information about where to go and what to see! Totally impressed by this company! Would definitely use them again!

My husband and I stopped in to ask about kayaks and to also look at bikes. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was in the market for a new bike and was surprised to find one at a very reasonable price. I just assumed that a smaller shop like this would have higher prices but that is not at all the case. The staff was very accommodating and were happy to let me take bikes out for test rides. Would definitely recommend this shop.
