What a great experience for a wine tasting in Wisconsin. We enjoyed the wine enough to buy some bottles to take home, “go reserve.” Ask for Zach, an excellent server with great knowledge and ability to discern. Food looked good, but we did not partake.
Enjoyed our experience with a very knowledgeable staff and some amazing small production wines. The production area tour was very informative on the whole wine making process as well as the barrel aging techniques and barrel types.
