Just enjoyed our first performance at TAP. I had never heard of this show and wasnt sure what to expect from a small town theater. What a treat! The story was cute, the music was old school fun and the voices were incredible! The set design was clever, the choreography flowed perfectly, and the theater itself was a space that... More

The play itself was witty and unique. There were 3 actors and 1 actress, and they all were equally believable and very entertaining. The theatre is small and it feels very intimate, like you are in the show with the actors. Overall just a top notch experience.

This is an old movie theater turned into a first class playhouse and music venue. I have seen several shows here and have never been disappointed. Bravo!

I just happened to find this event while planning a weekend getaway. What a jewel of a theater and wonderful show! We will be watching for other dates with the "Close To You" tribute band and will be sure to tell friends visiting in the area to check out the TAP Calendar of events.

Thank you so much Gail for checking us out. So glad you liked the concert. Lisa Rock and her wonderful group have been on our stage a few times. They are the best. Hope you can see some of our other offerings in the future. We produce a season of plays and musicals from March through December. Thanks again! More

We try to attend several plays here each year. Lat night we saw The Amish Project, which was excellent! What I like about this venue is the quality of the plays, the actors and the intimacy of the theater. It's a wonderful addition to the Sturgeon Bay arts scene.

We have been to many plays at T.A.P. over the past 8 years, the most recent was summer of 20015, Educating Rita. It was very well done. The quality of the production is amazing, considering the small theater company. The smaller, intimate venue allows the audience to become more personally involved in the story. The quality of the acting is... More

We often take in a show at TAP when we are in town. Great plays, great acting and a nice concession stand at intermission. Cozy, intimate space that is charming and comfortable. Very close stage so you see the actors clearly. Not a bad seat in the house, actually. Good value for the money.

This one man show and the TAP itself took us by surprise. The actor was polished and professional; his comic timing was flawless. My husband and I laughed for 90 minutes straight. The theatre seats were comfortable and the staff was welcoming and gracious. This is the quality I would expect in a larger urban venue.

This play was outstanding! Well written, full of energy and the solo actor, Dan Klara nailed the character. He engages with the with audience in every emotion of every line. This should be a Christmas MAIN STAY for the TAP. We have seen many other shows at the TAP and all of them have been great quality; done with heart... More

Our Family spent a few nights in Door County and planned for a night at Third Avenue Playhouse. The play was very entertaining, and Dan Klarer did an amazing job, making this a fun evening where we all left with a smile and happy we decided on seeing the show.
