The authentication cards in the gift shop are fake, the managers who sign the cards are not real geologists, although the card is signed as a certified geologist. Not an enriching environment to work in. "On stage" the employees seem to love their jobs, but...More

Saw all the stylacties and different rooms under ground. This was part of a group tour for seniors. There were some steps but many railings to hang onto.

We loved our little trip to the crystal caves. Our tour guide was so full of great stories and information. The whole tour was cool. The gift shop was nice and my 11 year old loved the mining for minerals and fossils.

It is such a fun thing to go see. It’s very informative and interesting to see how big the cave is and the formations growing inside of it.

We enjoyed the cave, but coming from Missouri which has a lot of caves it was kind of average. I thought the tour was very educational and entertaining, but it was very hard to keep a 2, 4, and 6 year old contained and occupied...More

We took out 3 and 6 year old to the cave for a fun adventure. Our guide, Collin, did a good job on the tour, but he was extremely scripted. It would have been nice if he were a little more personable. The tour was...More

During the summer the last tour departs at 5pm. The gift store is open after the last tour is back on the surface and the grounds close at 6:30pm. We are open 7 days a week during the summer, including all holidays.
